The entry to the home boasts a wide circular driveway that supports 6 parked cars. This Tavern Bay home is walking distance to the UCLA conference center.

The home has expansive lake views, decks/patios/grounds surrounded by native pines, oaks and flora. Enjoy the home's basketball court, putting green, cornhole, disc golf and croquet course.

The house has 4 BR, 4.5 BA, 5,400 sq. ft., includes a laundry room. The home was designed with an open floor plan for entertaining large family gatherings.
The main floor amenities include a gourmet kitchen with new appliances, a large family room with fireplace, giant flat screen TV, and bar. The living room/music room has a piano, electric drums, guitars, karaoke machine and much more! In addition, we have provided a variety of reading materials, games and puzzles and an outdoor propane BBQ and propane fire table. The home has plenty of cozy spaces for those quiet moments including a Brookstone massage chair to take the stress out...
The home also has a movie theater room equipped a giant 86 inch LED 4K screen TV with Sonos sound and 125 Cable channels, Disney+, ESPN+, HBO Max, Showtime, Amazon Fire, Netflix. The home also boasts a Game Room with a ping pong table, poker table with poker chips, a full bar including a Margarita Frozen Concoction Maker. Finally for your pleasure and relaxation the home has a large indoor hot tub and sauna.

The dramatic entry with a curving stairway, custom lighting, vaulted wood beam ceilings & custom millwork, including 100 year old barn wood flooring, leads you up to the expansive bedrooms on level two and three of the home. Each bedroom comes with a coffee/tea maker, a flat screen TV either with cable or Amazon Fire, Netflix, and a private lounge area.

We have provided brand new bedding, towels, hair dryers, bath robes, beach towels, dishes, glassware, table linens and other cooking items for your stay.

The home has an Electric Vehicle 50 Amp 250 Volt charging plug and an emergency backup whole house Generac generator.

Come stay and enjoy Candyland.

Our guests can enjoy the lake at the Lake Arrowhead Village, book a boat tour on the Arrowhead Queen and visit the many other lakes and parks in the area. Please note that Lake Arrowhead is a private lake and the Arrowhead Lake Association prohibits short term renters from accessing the lake for boating. However you do have access to the lake trails, use of owner's dock (upon availability) for swimming and fishing. There are many beautiful trails and hikes available through the San Bernardino park system, with gentle grades making them excellent for all ages.
*The property has security cameras placed on the exterior of the home covering the parking areas, exterior deck and exterior front of the home. The cameras are for security purposes and is only available to the owner and management.

We stayed here with my family for 4 days and it was beautiful and comfortable. This house has everything you need: sauna, movie room, indoor jacuzzi, music room and many more entertainment features. We highly recommend this place and my family can’t wait to come back and share more family memories!

Beautiful home, very clean, lots of great areas to explore. The music room is beautiful with so many instruments. The home was decorated beautifully to start off our Christmas adventure. Spacious, room for all to relax, play games and enjoy time together. Kitchen is well stocked. Wood burning fireplace was wonderful. Kitchen table ready to enjoy family meals was beautiful. All around a great place to make family memories and to relax together.

Candyland Estate was the SWEETEST stay! It was perfect for my very musical family and I to celebrate my birthday. I had some relatives come all the way from San Francisco, and it was great for them to be able to relax and have fun all in one spot. Everyone was super impressed by the house, the location, the view, the amenities, the accommodations, the cleanliness, and the responsiveness of the host! We’ve stayed in a lot places and vacation homes over the years, but this is the one to beat :) Thank you for a very memorable birthday and unbeatable experience.

We had a fantastic stay at Arrowhead House! The beds were super comfortable, everything was spotless, and the view was absolutely stunning. We truly enjoyed every part of the property, it was the perfect spot to relax and recharge. Highly recommend!

We stayed for the 4th of July weekend at this beautiful property. We had 8 people and we all fit comfortably. A few things to note for others that may help them, this property is lake VIEW not lake FRONT (which could have been my mistake). There is a dock NOT within walking distance and you have to make sure it’s available FIRST. You can walk down to the lake and it’s a steep hill back up with 172 stairs to climb lol. No kidding. The kids did it once and they were done. Shelley was very accommodating and communicative during our stay. Thank you for that Shelley! The game room/movie theatre and spa was a hit with the kids. We couldn’t figure out the sauna and didn’t want to bother Shelley anymore ;) Fireworks were beautiful once we found a spot. Overall it was a great stay. I just wish I knew it was not lakefront and about the dock situation. No big deal, I should have asked.Recommend for family with kids or multiple families.

Fantastic family getaway

Our family trip to Lake Arrowhead and this home could not have been lovelier!! The pictures do not do the house justice, as it is truly spectacular in person. Everything during the “planning” phase was so easy and seamless. All of our questions were answered and everyone in the family was very excited before we even arrived! The house itself is beautiful, welcoming, warm, cozy, and clean! All amenities such as towels, extra blankets, kitchen needs etc were provided and made for an easy trip. The youngest in our party were two 2 year olds and one 4 year old and they had the time of their life! Especially in the “game room” / lower level of the house. Overall 10/10 wonderful experience and we will be making it an annual visit!

The Short Evaluation... for those that want detail

We’ve been to many vacation rental properties, but Candyland stands out in the top 1% for a family retreat. The property, the ambiance, the privacy, the cleanliness and all the amenities. Super clean, extremely comfortably, and attention to detail… everywhere. Amenities are highly upgraded, easy to operate and very efficient. For us, basketball court, indoor Jacuzzi, full sauna, piano room and poker table nights were our biggest hits. For meal time, it was a family gathering in the kitchen, ease of use kitchen, and plenty of room for everyone to participate. Noteworthy… very easy access bringing in the groceries and taking out the trash, huge benefit. The bathrooms were extremely clean… honestly, all 6 of them! This is a huge 4 story estate. I counted 24 rooms/spaces… yep 24! You’ll never get lost exploring. Then add the fully equipped/furnished guest house for the teenagers that just want their space. Shelly the Property Manager, does all the heavy lifting to ensure the property is immaculate and coordinates everything. Then, behind the scenes, are the wonderful owners that ensure you’re stay was perfect. Who does that! Candyland offers everything… and it delivers! You can really get lost for a few days and never ever get bored! I will reiterate the cleanliness. I pick up crumbs from the floor. There were no crumbs, LOL, but my point! Nonstop fun and enjoyment at a very high level, at a great value, impeccably clean, and just a really, really feel good resort!

Beautiful Home with tons of fun stuff to do

Give a quick background, it was 12 of us, all old friends from playing soccer for years. We decided to get do a short little trip and found this gem in Lakearrow's head. The house is placed in a great spot with tons of space and plenty of activities around the house to do that honestly, you probably don't need to leave the house. Shelley & Judy were great with all the info and allowed us to check in a little earlier and check out a little later. we needed everything to enjoy our time there and make some great memories among good friends. The Jacuzzi was awesome, the movie theater room was actually way more fun than I thought it would be, so get ready to enjoy watching some movies with legit sound system and great TV! There are plenty of fun games around the house to play, and of course, my favorite is the basketball hoop outside, where we played a few games of 3vs3. There's also a music room where there are tons of instruments; that few drinks later, we started our own live band! :) I highly recommend the spot and we'll definitely come back again.

Candyland, the sweetest place in Arrowhead!

Property is clean as can be. Attention to detail is given to every room, it truly feels a step above other places I've rented. There were 12 of us and we had plenty of room to hang out together or separately. The rooms are spacious and activities abound around every corner (even a massage chair!). Shelley was an amazing host and had everything set up for us. She is also a great communicator and promptly replied to any questions we had throughout the weekend. If you're going to Arrowhead, head over to Candyland and watch all your truffles disappear!

Thanksgiving Family Reunion

Wonderful time with family! House was large enough to allow everyone a place to go and have lots of fun. Property Manager was fantastic to work with. Would definitely go back and stay there again.

We had a great time!

We booked this property for a company retreat weekend. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. All the of the rooms felt very private! The family rooms were well stocked with games and musical instruments that entertained the kids in our group for hours. Great place for a variety of kinds of trips. We would stay again! Thank you!

Beautiful House

We really enjoyed our stay. As the group was older in age we had a bit of a time with the amount of the stairs in the house. The family room was where we spent most time which accommodated our group perfectly.

Epic Trip at Candyland

From the manager who was great to work with to the place itself it was a fabulous stay. It was an all girl trip from young to old and we all agreed that we will be back here again.

Incredible house and property!

We were blown away with this property. Not only did it have plenty of bedrooms/beds for our extended family, there were so many additional rooms and nooks throughout the house. The indoor hot tub, downstairs bar and pool table, theatre room, and sauna were all really great additions. Plus they had just about every activity you can imagine such as board games, and all kinds of outdoor games like cornhole, frizbee golf, putting green, and basketball court. We had an amazing time!

Incredible Mansion

Labor Day weekend at this house, overlooking Lake Arrowhead, was outstanding. House is giant and in great shape. Tons of games to play and space for a good time. Excellent owner that helped with any questions we had throughout the weekend!

Well appointed, beautiful home

This property lives up to its listing and then some - beautiful spaces, lots of room for every type of activity or relaxation, and fun for all ages. We loved being able to join together with extended family for movies in the theater room, time in the hot tub, fun in the music room with karaoke, good times on the lawn with the golf putters, playing basketball in the driveway, making and eating great meals, and finding time to sit quietly and chat, read or just snooze in many little spaces all over the place. The fire pit in the table on the deck was wonderful and there are so many little thoughtful touches throughout the property that really show how much the owners have thought about what is going to be best for their guests like coffee makers in all bedrooms and automatic nightlights to make sure it's easy to navigate in the dark. Truly a gem among vacation rentals - it is worth every penny. Thank you especially to Shelley, who was so communicative and generous with her time and assistance during our stay. We loved making great memories together!

We did all the things! And loved it!

We did all the things! We cooked (and washed dishes). We ate out on the deck, we ate in the dining room. We played games in the dining room, we played ping pong in the bar. We used the sauna and the hot tub. We watched movies in the theater. We played cornhole on the side of the house in the shade, then we played cornhole out in the front yard with no shade. Then we played basketball. We sang karaoke in the music room. We put wine in the wine fridge and booze and beer in the downstairs bar fridge (and drank it). We got out the poker table and the chips and played poker (some of us played, some of us LOST). Then we drank coffee...SO MUCH coffee. We went to the grocery store because SOMEBODY forgot the tortillas. Most of us sat in the massage chair. We played the drums and a guitar. We took pictures with the bear sculpture. The minute we walked in the house, somebody said, "Let's come back every year!" Sounds good to me. We talked and drank and we laughed and we made happy, happy memories. And we did it all while enjoying upscale surroundings where every possible need seemed to have been anticipated and provided for. We absolutely loved our time at Candyland and we very much look forward to returning next summer to make more wonderful memories. THANK YOU!

Great Escape to Arrowhead

The property was fantastic and we enjoyed every minute. Everything is just as described---great lay out, beautiful views, very comfortable, superb in house theater, wonderful kitchen for big meals, and tons of great games for everyone. There's even a wide range of musical instruments if you're so inclined! Wonderful place and fantastic hosts---very responsive.
