SPECTACULAR VISTA CABIN (576527) is only 1.1 miles from Traffic Light #1 in Gatlinburg! The cabin has a 100% private, 500 square foot wraparound deck with two roofs and a 180Ā° view of the Great Smoky Mountain National Park. The deck features a 4-person hot tub. Spectacular Vista Cabin is one of only 4 cabins on this side of the mountain, all of which are completely isolated from each other and the rest of the world. The cabin also features a 55ā€ Flat screen TV in the living room and a 55ā€ flatscreen TV in the bedroom. The cabin also features new flooring and a new pool table! Spectacular Vista Cabin now has 200+ Five-Star Reviews on various websites!

Spectacular Vista has a Fully Stocked Kitchen. The Kitchen appliances include a Stovetop Oven, Refrigerator/freezer, Dishwasher, Microwave, Keurig Coffee Maker, regular Coffee Maker, Toaster, Blender, and Waffle Iron. The Kitchen is fully furnished with Utensils and Cookware. The cabin also has a washer/dryer.

Infants & Toddlers. For infants and toddlers, the cabin has an 8 in 1 Baby Highchair and Toddler Dining Booster Seat.

The cabin is located within over 100 acres of forest but is only:

ā€¢ 4-12 minutes from 4 Entrances to the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.

Super-Easy Check-In: There is a lockbox next to the door. The key to the cabin is inside the lockbox. Put the keycode into the lockbox, open the lockbox, take out the key, and open the door. Check-in is that simple. Please text Ed at (865) 253-4626 several hours before your arrival with your cabin name for the most recent lockbox code. Check-in is at 4 PM and Check-out is at 10 AM.

We Provide linens, towels, bar soap, hand soap, dishwashing detergent, K-Cups for Keurig, coffee creamer, sugar, toilet paper, paper towels, and firewood. We do not provide Firestarter logs, laundry detergent, charcoal, or lighter fluid (which you will not need for our gas grills).

WIFI: We have Internet through Hughsnet. The modem is near the living room TV and the password is rise46cousin.

Year-Round Indoor Pool: Our Guests have year-round access to the Gatlinburg Community Center with an Indoor, Olympic-Sized Pool, Bowling, Fitness Room, Gymnasium, Ping-Pong, Workout Room, and Racquetball Courts. The Gatlinburg community center is Located at 156 Proffitt Rd, Gatlinburg, approximately 4 miles from the cabin. These activities include a nominal fee.

This cabin was perfect for our stay. Close to Gatlinburg, but also allows you to use the parkway to avoid traffic. The Cabin was nice, hot tub was great and views were perfect! We hope to return in the future!

Absolutely amazing. Views are unbeatable. Close to downtown but far enough away to feel secluded. Hot tub was great. Extremely cozy. We definitely would rent again when we comeback. Our host was excellent. Quick communication and everything was what it was supposed to be. Although we didnā€™t use the full kitchen, knowing it was there is great. Grill on deck was definitely used. No complaints from us.

The view is fantastic. We were out and about we didnā€™t use hot tub. The road to cabin is a bit of a challenge. The cabin was very clean. The bed very comfortable. Communication with host we had some issue but could have been connection issues with texting. Location is perfect, I would recommend checking into using the trolly to get in and out of town, stop are close the the cabin. You can park and the trolly is free. The Smokey Mountains National park is amazing.

The view is amazing, the listing photos donā€™t show all the beauty that you experience in person. The hot tub was a fun addition, the bed was very comfortable and there was plenty of hot water. Gatlinburg was an easy drive.

The overall stay was excellent. The view was amazing. I loved the peace and quiet. The acess to m microwave and coffee was great and also the other ameneties. The only downside was the access road to the property have been a little wider. The over grown brush made it difficult in some spots to make sure you are still on the road.

Check in was easy and hassle free. Location was beautiful with the Mountain Viewā€™s. Driveway was a little tricky but manageable. Thera was a few things that could have been better (sink faucet leaked all night, water smelled like rotten eggs, front door was hard to close and open, side doors did not shut right so they had gate locks on them, wasps nest on back porch was told they would come and take care of it but never did, bed was old and needed updated.) Hot tub had a lot of chlorine in it enough to burn your eyes just sitting in it. Donā€™t know if I would stay there again.

Wonderful stay

Beautiful cabin! Super convenenient and close to Gatlinburg! The only minimal complaints we have is that the door was a little hard to lock and unlock- also the road on the mountain to the cabin was rough and if would have brought our motorcycle or one of our other vehicle we would not have been able to stay there so it should be listed in the desciption. Hot tub was a great amenity for sure! Owner was quick to respond and very accomodating, would definitely stay again!

Beautiful View!

This cabin was just as pictured! We enjoyed the deck and view as well as the hot tub and pool table. We didnā€™t want to leave so shopped at Food City nearby and grilled/cooked at home. We would definitely recommend it to others. The only problem was VRBO online confusion. Make sure to double check your reservation often.

The place was as summarized and beyond beautiful. Every time I reached out to the owners they responded quick and they even let me check in early given the situation. There was plenty of things to do in the surrounding area will definitely be returning in the future and would love to deal with the hosts again.

The Great Smoky Mountains are our great love and passion. We believe you will fall in love with them too. The greatest compliment we have received on the property has come from about a dozen guests over the past three years who have asked, 'Is this a part of the National Park?' The boundary between our Property and the National Park is almost indistinguishable. The photos are real and not retouched. Our forest appears to be contiguous with the National Park. We truly have one of the best views and one of the best locations in America.
