It has four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, along with a sitting area and a kitchen (kosher available on request) that features full size appliances. The bedroom layout is as follows. Master Bedroom ( 1 Queen bed, private bath, dresser & mirror, closet). Master Bedroom ( 2 twin beds, private bath, closet). Queen Bedroom with dresser, mirror & closet. Two Twin Beds with closet. On site parking on our lot is free. We are close to Longs Park, Buchanan Park, Franklin & Marshall and the RT30 on/off ramp. Linens and towels are included and basic hotel amenities are included..

Comfortable, Convenient, and Clean!

Trusting the many positive reviews about this find in a wonderful downtown Lancaster location, we made the choice and were not disappointed! The host was helpful and accessible; acommodations were excellent, clean, fresh, and comfortable. We look forward to visiting often!

Double booked

We did not stay because the property manager double booked the property. 7 of us, including 2 children drove all day and couldn't get in the property. When I called to find out why, I was someone else was staying there and it would take quite sometime for them to move out and clean it. We had to find somewhere else to stay at 8:00 pm that cost more.

Dont judge it by the pictures

This place looks, feels and smells brand new! Dont judge by the photos. The location was great for our group as we were able to walk to a few restaurants. The owner was easy to work with and we enjoyed our stay. We would definitely stay here again if we were to come back to Lancaster.

Some things never change, and that's a good thing!

We've been renting this property for several years, for our stay to attend an annual event in the area. It has consistently been excellent. Clean, decently furnished, with a really nice owner who is extremely responsive to any minor mishaps. We look forward to our stay here every year. We highly recommend!

Great location, don’t expect amenities

Very convenient, but not a beautiful location: this apartment is within a 5 minute walk of the F&M campus. The apartment faces onto a busy highway, so expect some street noise. Although the entrance vestibule on the first floor had a table and chairs, oddly there is no place to sit in any of the rooms in the main living area upstairs. There is a kitchenette with a small counter and two rickety stools, but the stove doesn’t work and there is no coffee maker…strong hints that the owners don’t want you to eat there.

Thank you so much for staying with us! I am glad you found the apartment clean and convenient. To address some of your feedback. 1. It is a city location and is right off Harrisburg Pike, where the speed limit 25 MPH . But you're right it is not the country or the farm area. 2. As mentioned when you booked the place, this is a great place to sleep, but is not a great place to cook or to gather. We ask every guest if this would work for them before confirming the request to book. 3. The stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker absolutely do work and if you choose to stay here again i can show you how to work them. 4. Upon feedback from guests over the 11 years weve been hostimg we decided to maximize sleeping space as many large families need beds and a place to sleep rather than a place to sit and watch tv. So yes, this space has 6 beds that sleep up to 8 people and and only one couch. If youre in town looking for a clean convenient city location to sleep, this may be a good fit. If you're looking to gather people together in a country location, then other locations will be better for you. Thanks again for stayimg with us and thanks for letting me know about the loose screw in one of the stools in the kitchenette . We're on it!

Wonderful place for a family to stay in Lancaster

The apartment was the perfect size for our family of six. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and having a full kitchen enhanced our stay. The landlord was very friendly and helpful, providing us with a list of things do do in the area. The apartment is conveniently located next door to a market, and about a mile from a synagogue. I have already recommended this apartment to others, and would stay here again if I have the opportunity.

Second time renting/ just as good as the first!

This was our second time renting this location. Clearly we love staying here! The owner is very gracious, accommodating, and quick to respond to any concerns or needs. The apartment is very, very clean, and the kitchen is well stocked with basic cooking amenities you might need to prepare or heat food. We were pleased to see that everything was very well maintained from last year. We've already decided to stay here next year!!

Perfect Place for Us

Renting this property was a good decision for us because of the size, amount of bathrooms, and responsiveness of the owner. The property is on a road for easy access to local roads and events but it was set back and much quieter than expected! The bedrooms are clean and spacious. We would rent from this owner again and are glad we chose this property compared to being crowded into a hotel for 5 nights. The location was great for my family to walk to Iron Hill for lunch, donut place for breakfast, and a jog around the beautiful Franklin and Marshall campus. We love this part of Lancaster city! Parking on site was very easy as well.

Lancaster stay

The apartment was clean and close to everything. We were satisfied with our stay but a few things need addressed. We didn't get checkout instructions, so I hope he is satisfied with how we left the apartment. The chairs around the table are very wobbly, we had 8 people and only 6 towels and no wash clothes. I would recommend it to others

A MUST STAY!!!

Just came back from staying at this house and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. When I first checked in and met Rabbi Green he was warm and welcoming. I ended up sitting down and just talking with him for almost a hour. He really cares and wants to make sure everything is perfect from the clean towels and sheets to the soaps and shampoos. If you plan on going to Lancaster this is a MUST STAY! Thank you again for everything. The kids had a blast and my wife loved it too!

The place was clean, however did not have the perfect layout for a group of 8

The place was clean, however the living area was on a main floor while the kitchen and rooms were on upper level making it difficult to gather. The kitchen did not have enough space to sit, eat, etc. for the group of 8. The communication was also OK but was not quite slow. Other than these, we enjoyed our trip.

This is a great place to stay and be right near F&M and Lancaster City. Great place!

We had some sub contractors stay here for a bit. This location was clean, easy to access, in a great area, and perfect for what we needed. Granted we did have some issues with locating the place at first and one time unplugging the Internet by accident overall it was a great stay. We were made aware our guests stayed a little later than they were allowed but they let us know and we're able to accommodate a bit. Unfortunately they also didn't clean up their mess as they should have so we were charged an additional fee for that but completely understandable and to be expected. Again grateful for them allowing our subs to stay at their place and would definitely recommend to other in the future.

Great # of Bedrooms and Bathrooms for privacy of group

This unit worked well for us because we needed 4 separate bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in a great central location, and we spent minimal time in the unit, using it only as a place to sleep and get ready for a wedding and other family gatherings away from the unit. We liked the good sized bedrooms with large lighted closets and plenty of hangers and 3 full bathrooms. If you need a unit with room to have meals and you expect to use it for family gatherings then you might not be satisfied with this unit due to the layout which favors bedroom and bathroom space over living space. There is only room for a small high top mini-table in the kitchen on the upstairs floor where the rooms are. The sofa, tv, and dining table and chairs are in a much smaller place on the first floor. We went out for all meals and only had snacks and beverages in the unit so we were fine with that. The unit was stocked with quality products like Charmin, Puffs, Tide, and Dawn, but not much beyond that and a few key things were missing. We had to request an iron, garbage bags for the kitchen trash, top sheets for two of the twin beds that only came with a top blanket, and a cable TV remote. We received the iron promptly, but since the manager was not available after 5:30 PM on Friday until late in the day on Saturday, and since we did not discover that the other things were missing until Friday night, we did not receive the other supplies until Sunday morning. If you are checking in on a Friday, then I'd suggest you thoroughly check the unit and make any request for missing items before 5:30 PM.

Thank you for staying with us. We're glad you found the place clean , comfortable, and convenient to city. This guest was a bit more particular than most, sometimes urgently texting after 1130pm about items easily remedied and cllearly not urgent as they were delivered at 1145pm and sat in the rain until morning. But we're glad to be able to help them with most of their needs. Thank you for bringing the items to our attention as they have already been addressed by housekeeping for future guests. We do agree that this property is designed to maximize sleeping space with 6 beds and 4 bedrooms. We wish you luck and thank you for staying with us.

The property did not have everything listed On the website. The owner was very nice and helped with needed supplies. The property was in good condition and conveniently located to attractions.

Brand new apartment

Don't judge a book by it's cover, from the outside it is very deceiving, inside it is brand new. Free wi-fi, 4 large BRs and 3 full baths plus a kitchen and laundry. My only recommendation would be hand towels in the baths and kitchens, additional TVs and cable or satellite service.

Great place for a group

This was the perfect place to stay for our group while we were attending a convention at the Marriot in Downtown Lancaster. It was a 5 minute easy drive downtown. It was very clean and there was lots of space. We stayed downstairs so there were four bedrooms, each with it's own bathroom. Very close to fast food and convience stores but the place was quiet at night. Great experience!

We'll be back!

I am a clean person. So renting can be challenging for me because a lot of times someone else's version of clean isn't the same as mine. However, this unit was extremely clean and very neat. The property is exactly as described. Beds were very comfortable, plenty of heat and hot water, good bedding and towels. Dealing with Rabbi Green was an extremely pleasant experience. We arrived a bit early but it wasn't a problem and he let us in right away. Both Rabbi Green and the care-taker Zoe were very responsive when we had questions. We enjoyed the convenient location which met our needs very well. When in the area again, we plan to rent this same place. Highly recommended.
