The flat has two bedrooms with comfortable beds - a box-spring bed in the first and a double sofa bed in the second - to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. A fully equipped kitchen with modern electrical appliances and a bathroom with shower round off the offer.

The outdoor area of our holiday flat has everything a holidaymaker could wish for: a spacious terrace with lounge furniture, sun loungers and an open-air dining area, ideal for admiring the landscape or relaxing at the end of the day. A parasol, a folding wind and sunshade as well as cushions and blankets are available to make every moment outdoors perfect. Our well-tended natural garden invites you to spend relaxing hours away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The holiday flat is located in the middle of the scenic winter sports and music region of the Upper Vogtland, ideal for nature lovers, hikers, bikers, joggers and winter sports enthusiasts. The quiet location in Oberzwota offers the perfect starting point for excursions in the surrounding area, be it to the centre of Klingenthal or to the sights of the neighbouring towns of Markneukirchen or Schöneck.
