Treat your family and friends to their best vacation ever! Our WARM and COZY Old Tahoe Style home is waiting for you. This three bedroom, three bath single family home is the perfect alpine retreat for skiers and golfers alike.

Set on a flat access driveway with a Year round parking place for at least 4 cars or 2 cars and one boat. House is equipped with 50 AMP EV car charger with NEMA 14-50 plug. This house is in a small neighborhood and within easy walking distance to sandy beaches and nearby amenities of Tahoe Vista and Kings Beach.

We welcome up to 6 guests (maximum 6 guests) at our house, with:
3 bedrooms
1 sunroom
1 office room
3 bathrooms
1 King Bed
2 Queen Beds
1 Set of Bunk Beds
1 Crib
1 Futon chair/bed

This smoke-free house is ideal for large families or shared by several families. All three bedrooms have their own private, full bath and walk-in closet. This is a fabulous home for a very reasonable price. Can't wait to see you here!
Pets are welcome and the house has an enclosed fenced backyard. You can bring up to three (3) maximum number of pets with you. Please, add a $35 one-time pet fee to your reservation for up to 3 pets if you are planning to have them. Thank you!

Very nice place to stay Comfortably sleeps nine or 10 people, short walk to the beach, Safeway as well as local restaurants. we had a great time at North Tahoe Beach as well as Kings Beach. and there are plenty of activities around the lake to take advantage of. The host Vasily was awesome. came by mid week to service the hot tub and left us some more supplies. We would definitely stay here again.

April getaway

Perfect location! Once we arrived we never had to drive anywhere. Beaches, grocery store and restaurants are walkable. The layout of the home is perfect for a family vacation. Owner/property manager is very quick to respond. Would absolutely go back to this home.

Great Experience

The house was beautiful and so kid friendly! Taking a vacation with kids is stressful but the home made it so memorable and relaxing! Plus, it was such a fast walk to the lake and a delicious brunch restaurant; everything was so easy!

Fantastic House Right Next to Kings Beach

The house was pleasant with big sunny windows and even a glimpse of Tahoe through the trees upstairs! Perfect location, walking distance to Kings Beach. The fenced yard waa great for our toddlers and the multiple en suites made it easy for multiple generations to gather in one place!

Great location for summer fun

Easy walk to beaches, restaurants and more. Hot tub was great in the evening. Kitchen was well stocked. Overall a great few days in Tahoe!!

Nice Quiet Getaway

We had a great time being able to be close but still away from the bustle. You’re within walking distance to the grocery store and restaurants. Even though we came during a heat wave the house was cool inside. We are hoping to come back and visit again.

Great location and house

We went for a few days to have some down time. And we were so lucky to be able to bring our dogs! Back yard was fenced and clean. House was spacious and very homey. Perfect location!!! We walked to the beach and to many restaurants right down the street. We will definitely be staying again when we come back to town :)

Great Place

This was a perfect home for our quick get away. I did not realize they did not provide firewood but the owner was very responsive and we were able to get wood at Safeway which is within walking distance. The place was great!

Beautiful and spacious home

Home was in a great location, just roughly half a mile from kings beach with a grocery store right next door and water access to the lake at the end of the road. Home was clean and had much more beds and space than the photos appeared to. We do not regret booking and plan to book again for our next visit to Tahoe.

Wonderful!!

Great place! Convenient location! The house was very clean and well stocked for cooking and BBQ. The fenced yard made having our dogs with us easy and the hot tub was ready when we were! I’d like to come back and bring my children and their families! Thank you!!

Spacious home to enjoy beautiful Lake Tahoe!

Great location! This home was perfect for a get away week in North Lake Tahoe. The home has plenty of room for a big family, while cozy enough for a couple. The kitchen is well equipped. The fenced in yard was enjoyed by our dog. The owners were very accessible to answer questions.

Nice stay

Great little place. Walking distance to a lot of things. Comfortable property with plenty room for our family. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the chemicals in the hot tub were so strong it took our breath away if we had the jets on. Otherwise, was very nice stay.

Spectacular attention and a wonderful space

We absolutely loved our stay for our family including our dogs! The home was so spacious which was much needed for our wild 7 year old, and so comfortable. The owner was quick with responses to our questions and lovely overall! I would for sure stay here again! The added bonus, Safeway and the most delicious Italian restaurant were just steps away as was the beach!! We didn’t have to take our car out to get a great meal!

Great Stay for Family Get-together!!

We rented this property at the last minute when plans fell thru for a Birthday Celebration in Reno. It is a large spacious home with a great secure backyard perfect for our pups. Lovely Stay, Terrific Host

So grateful for the wonderful responsiveness and help received from Vasily (and his wife!) to get through the huge New Years Eve snowfall. The house is very nice, if showing some age here and there. Most areas are roomy and we especially appreciated the 8-seat dining room table. Full baths 2 and 3 are small but workable; same for the kitchen. New appliances are great, and location can't be beat! Our group had a wonderful stay and would happily return.

Large home great location

We loved the house it really was comfortable and has so much space. The beds were so comfortable and all the living spaces. We walked to breakfast every morning and to Safeway. We enjoyed the yard, at the time of our stay there was no grass, but still lots of patio to enjoy. We chose it for the EV charger mentioned and the location. Unfortunately it is just a EV size plug not actually a cord or charger, so we were not able to use it. We were ok since we found a fast charger in Truckee. There is definitely dog hair around the living areas (couch and carpet) otherwise very clean. The owner was fast to respond. Overall a great home and we will recommend it to friends. Hopefully we can get to Tahoe again and can stay there ourselves.

exactly what i wanted

I was looking to unwind in a house with a fireplace, hot tub/spa, that was super close to the lake. BINGO. This spacious and well accommodated house thats 3 minutes walking distance from the beach was comfortable and clean and big enough for several couples. The nearby beaches were not dog friendly so we drove passed incline village where you could pay 15 dollars per car to park and explore the many beaches and trails. The house had several rooms and bathrooms and a lovely wood burning stove in the living room, with some wood available, courtship of the host. I purchased kindling from Safeway and left behind the stack i didnt use, for the next guest. As well as firestarter to easily get the fire going. The only downside was that we brought dvds to watch bc the ad listed a dvd player. Upon arrival there was no dvd player. There was wifi for the downstairs tv so we were still able to enjoy the large tv by the fire. The furnishings and appliances are all updated and there was plenty of room to stretch out and lounge. The hot tub heated up fairly quickly after we adjusted the temperature. The chlorine smell mention by others is actually more likely due to insufficient chlorine but only a chlorine test strip could truly know. It was a bit chlorine-ey but we still enjoyed the hot water and jets. The fenced in yard meant my dog could roam while i soaked in the hot tub, and the host had clearly snowblowed the sidewalk and patio as it was dry and safe.

Great for a day at the lake

This place was perfect for our needs! Wanted to break up our road trip with a day at the lake. Traveling with 2 kids and 3 dogs. The property was fully fenced so great for the dogs. The house was clean with comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the hot tub. I loved that we could walk everywhere and take a break from getting in the car! Walked to the lake to rent SUPs and hang on the beach, walked to restaurants and Safeway. Check in and out was very simple. Will likely book this place again on our road trip home later this summer.

Comfortable, Spacious Tahoe House Near Beach

Our family of six and our puppy found this to be an ideal rental house for our short stay in the area. It’s just across the street from the lake and a short walk from the grocery store. Our puppy and our kids enjoyed the fenced in and flat yard. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The furnishings are a bit dated, but clean and comfortable.
