Located on a quiet street in North Pacific Beach, just 2 blocks to the beach, this stunning 2 bedroom condo has it all for your family beach vacation. In a standalone building. Walk to shops, cafes, restaurants. Large kitchen, spacious living room, central A/C, driveway parking, BBQ and outdoor seating for 6. We provide all the beach gear and baby gear for your little ones! Professionally cleaned using enhanced cleaning protocols. Internet speed is 500 Mbps.

The Space:
For sleeping arrangements, both bedrooms have queen size beds plus a crib. All bedrooms have blackout curtains. We also have a sofa sleeper in the living room. Private outdoor patio with BBQ and seating for 6. Driveway Parking. This spacious condo is perfect for a family of 3-5 or two couples looking for a beach getaway!

The kitchen comes fully stocked with drip Keurig coffeemakers, coffee grinder, pots/pans, spices, blender, dinnerware you'll need to make any home-cooked meal.

We provide all the linens, pillows, blankets, sheets, towels, washer and dryer and detergent. Provided beach gear includes boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers, towels, beach toys, and wagon. Pack light if you are vacationing with little ones. We offer a portable crib, pack 'n play, high chair, and stroller (double stroller upon request).

We strongly encourage our guests to purchase trip insurance. So sorry that we cannot accommodate animals of any type due to health concerns among our staff and guests.

The Neighborhood:
Pacific Beach (PB) is popular for its prime location and is a great place to visit for a vacation all year round. Our beach is filled with surfers, sun bathers, swimmers, families and an endless supply of fun. The board walk is filled with roller bladders, runners and cyclists, or just the strollers and people watchers. Itā€™s definitely a place where you can go and sit on a bench and enjoy all the different walks of life that Pacific Beach has to offer.

Crystal Pier, located in the heart of PB, and just a short 5 minute walk from our home is where you can find great beach shops, restaurants and cafes along the boardwalk. The beach continues south for about two miles becoming Mission Beach. At the south end of the beach area is Belmont Park with the famous Big Dipper Roller Coaster at Belmont Park with fun rides, shops and restaurants.

There is no shortage of ā€œthings to doā€ in PB, all within walking distance from our home. Garnet Ave and Mission Blvd are filled with places to eat, drink, shopā€¦where you can choose from a wide range of restaurants, nightclubs, sports bars, pubs and coffee houses. Pacific Beach is the most popular beach destination in the city of San Diego and draws large crowds all year round. You wonā€™t be disappointed when you stay at our beach home... just read our reviews!!! Getting Around:
Having a car is important to get around San Diego, but you can can walk to everything in Pacific Beach from this house. Beach, boardwalk, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, playgrounds, bike rentals are all within walking distance.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and it was incredibly family friendly. There were toys for my toddler for when we were staying in and so much in walking distance including the beach. We also really appreciated the fact that a wagon, beach toys and chairs were all provided so we didnā€™t have to rent!

Great experience - very kid friendly

The location is <5 min to a beautiful family friendly beach. It was also a close walk to a multitude of restaurant. The location is also central and was < 20 min drive to most attractions that we visited in San Diego.

Peaceful condo with everything we needed

This beautiful condo had all that we required for our two-week stay. The location was close enough to walk down to the beach for sunset within a few minutes, yet was far enough away to provide us with privacy and peaceful evenings. We appreciated being able to park our car inside the gated driveway. Good, prompt communication with the host meant we were well looked after. Looking forward to returning on our next visit.

Perfect Family Getaway

Perfect safe neighborhood walking distance to beach, restaurants, and shops. Gorgeous interior, clean and comfortable. This property is a dream vacation for a married couple with baby or toddler. The crib, high chair, and toys kept our 1 year old safely occupied so we could actually relax. Host also provides a whole book and website of recommendations, if you've never been to San Diego, this is a great asset!

My family and I had a great time staying in Rob and Stephanie's rental. Access to the beach was extremely close, as were the highways. Amazing Vacation

This rental is phenomenal. The location to the beach is incredible. It is an easy walk or drive to many amazing restaurants. My family walked to sunset every night. The place is clean and cozy. The Host was the best VRBO host I ever worked with. Already talking about booking next summer .

Perfect Pacific Beach getaway

Weekend Get Away

This property was exactly as described. The host was very communicative and quick to respond to my questions. We had a wonderful stay. All of the little accommodations and touches were so thoughtful. They had coffee, spices, paper towels, toilet paper, beach towels, beach equipment, baby/toddler stuff. Our grandson loved playing with the kids kitchen. The beds were comfortable. It was only a few blocks away from the beach, shopping and restaurants. It was a great getaway! Thank you! .

Great stay for our family of 5!

We had a wonderful time staying here with our 3 young kids. The location was central to all of the places we wanted to visit in San Diego, and the walk to the beach was very convenient! The condo had everything we needed for the kids, including toys, a pack n play, kids utensils, stroller, beach toys, and a wagon. We also appreciated not having to purchase paper products or laundry supplies. The washer and dryer required us to do very small loads, but was great to have nonetheless. Thank you for a great place to stay!

The Perfect Pacific Beach Rental

We absolutely loved our stay at this condo in Pacific Beach. It was the perfect location and had the best beach equipment. The backpack chairs were perfect for the short walk to Law St. beach. The condo itself was designed beautifully and was impeccably clean. It has the best mattresses I've ever slept on in a rental. We would definitely considering renting this condo again in the future.

Absolutely wonderful

The apartment is truly set up perfectly for a family with young childrenā€¦that would be us 20+years ago. Guess whatā€¦itā€™s also wonderful for parents vacationing and visiting their adult children. The location, the space, everything was perfect! We had a full day of rain and both felt comfortable hanging in our space in addition to the ease od getting to places nearby.

5 min.walk to the beach!

This is a clean, small house thatā€™s about 1,000 sq. feet. It feels more like a condo. Itā€™s located above a three car garage directly behind the main house closest to the street. The best part about this property is that you can walk to the beach within 5 min. and walk to many nice restaurants and shops. The main downside of this property is it only has one bathroom, as advertised. With 4 adults, only having one bathroom was extremely inconvenient. Most of us ended up using the kitchen sink to get ready each day. If you have 2 adults and 2 kids it would be fine. Because this house is located behind the main house that is closest to the street, we were able to see and hear the tenants in front of us when they were enjoying their backyard space. The neighbors had about 15-20 family members visit them and had dinner outside. Even though they were only talking in a normal tone of voice, we could hear all of their talking. You can also see and hear both neighbors to the left of this unit. When both neighbors on the left were enjoying their hot tubs and bbq grills, we could also hear their conversations. Lots of extras were provided which was very convenient: free wifi and Netflix, beach supplies, a desk and chair, paper towels, bathroom cleaning supplies, plenty of hand soap, shampoo and laundry detergent. We also thought the two pull out IKEA couches were very comfortable and convenient. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, but would prefer a 2 bath unit next time.

Location Location Location

Our family ( my wife , daughter 16years age and I) stayed for 6 nights . We had such a wonderful experience . A block away from surfers and beach access and location of this property is close to lot of attractions. We had lot of fun and it was very quiet during nights .
