The minute you pull down Flip Flop Lane and find yourself opening the door of Flip Flop Happy we know you will feel the relaxed, comfortable atmosphere that the area and this home will offer you.

You will have a hard time deciding to stay inside this beautiful new home or hanging out at the world's most beautiful beaches.

The large, open style kitchen, dining and living room layout make it easy and fun for everyone to enjoy meals and hang out together. This 5 Bedroom 4 Full Bath home provides sleeping for 14-16 people.

The first floor is the main living area with kitchen, living, dining room and also a bedroom with queen sized bed as well as a shared full bath.

The second floor offers 3 bedrooms. One with a king size bed and private bath, the other two bedrooms share a bathroom. One of these bedrooms is a twin over twin bunk bed and a twin with trundle bed. The other bedroom contains a king-sized bed.

The third floor contains a bedroom with 2 full size beds and a shared, hall bathroom. This floor also has a bonus/media room with a full sleeper sofa and a private bath.

**The primary renter must be at least 25 years old**
**No units will be rented to vacationing students or young adults under 25 unaccompanied by a responsible parent or guardian at a ratio of three (3) children/young adults to one (1) adult over the age of 25**

* As of January 1, 2022, Golf Carts are prohibited in Seacrest Beach. Violators will be fined by the HOA.

Free golf cart trolley service or an easy 5-minute walk to the beach, and an even easier one to the two resort pools. This home is perfect for an exciting beach-filled vacation. You'll also have the option of taking a free tram service that will shuttle you and your family to the beach and back.
Seacrest is an ideal place for families and people of all ages. Walk the cobble-stone streets in the Seacrest neighborhood, bike along scenic 30-A, enjoy the free concerts and outdoor movies, dine at casual and gourmet restaurants, and let the kids run off to the ice cream parlor and candy store.
