It was the perfect place to celebrate my birthday with friends! More than enough space to spread out and be comfortable. Location was amazing being near so many great restaurants. Access to the beach and pools were seamless and the instructions very easy to follow. The addition of providing bikes was a plus being able to explore neighboring beach towns and enjoy the beautiful weather. Pictures of the home were accurate, exceeding our expectations in person and everything was very clean!

Dylan was an excellent host. Very quick on responses. Location was perfect - next to shops and the tram was convenient for beach access. Both pools were 100 yards from the house

Wonderful Stay

Everything from check in, bike rides, walks to the pool , shops, beach. Perfect location, perfect house. Our stay was amazing.

Great location for Beach trip

Location was fantastic and the place was clean. Really enjoyed being able to walk to anywhere within 5 minutes (closer to 1 for most places). The house fit all of us, too.

A Family Affair

The perfect place to accommodate our family that ranged in ages from 9 mths to 83. The elevator was wonderful, steps away from the shops and food, and having bikes was so much fun! A wonderful stay!

Another perfect trip to Seacrest Beach

We had another lovely trip to Seacrest Beach and this house was perfection for our group of 14 travelers. It was clean, modern, plenty of space and all the amenities you could want. It is also close to the pool, shops and beach-makes vacation with kids easy! We will definitely be back!

Perfect place near Rosemary and Seacrest!

My husband and I have been coming to this area of Florida for years and we absolutely loved this rental. It’s in a perfect location, close to lots of restaurants and the beach. The management / ownership is very professional and organized, making checking in and out super easy. We will be back!!

We had a great time staying at caSEAta! Family of 9 and there was plenty of room!Location was great and we had Walmart delivery drop off an order of groceries right before we got there- so it was easy to find!Pros: The location was great and so close to everything- walking or biking! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of towels for the rooms. Extra bikes were brought to the house before we arrived per request (for an extra fee) The pool was very close and fun for the kids! Cons: Not a lot of storage in the bedrooms (except for the master) I like to be able to unpack and put all my belongings in drawers. Closet space was fine to hang items but not many options for other storage. Beach/pool towels would be nice so there was one last thing to pack on my end. More toilet paper, dish washer pods, kitchen garbage bags would be nice. Nothing was a dealbreaker- Just some things that would make it nice. Would stay at again!

Perfect Location

We rented this house as part of a corporate retreat; we rented two of the homes in this row. Six adults stayed in this house - there was plenty of space. The location was perfect walking distance to the beach and other restaurants, activities. With 6 guests, needing their own space, an extra half/hall bath would've been nice as the person in the bunk area shared a bathroom with one of the guests in a bedroom. The amenities were good - cute packages for bath essentials, dish essentials, laundry. Thanks for a great stay!

We Enjoyed the House

The location for this property is right in the heart of the community. Walking distance to the courtyard, pool, restaurants and shops. The house size and layout were perfect. One of the best parts was the responsiveness of the management team. (and the multiple forms of contact). From the initial outreach we made with questions about the home before we confirmed to their immediate responses when we rented the home, upon our arrival and throughout our stay, the management team responded quickly and provided the information with clarity.

Great location; some hiccups

We loved the location of the unit, nestled between Rosemary and Seacrest. The tram made beach trips so smooth! However, the bottom floor bathroom had constant ants and silverfish. The washer and dryer had issues during our stay. Maintenance was able to look at the issue but wasn’t able to fix the problem during our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time and would recommend the property should the bugs and maintenance issues be resolved.

Great Property

The property worked great for our family getaway. We had 7 adults and one infant. The layout was excellent. Thankful for the elevator. It helped moving luggage up to the top floor. Location is great. Close to everything! The tram to the beach was convenient and we seldom had more than a couple minute wait. Wish there were more dishes! Barely enough for us to have one meal. Had to just buy disposable plates etc. to accommodate everyone. Other than that, the kitchen was nice. Excellent appliances! We would stay here again.
