This 2 bedroom/ 2 bath, very spacious, updated villa with attached 1 car garage is very clean, comfortable with screened in lanai. Updated, comfortably furnished with Washer and dryer are inside the unit.
Located just minutes from well known, white sand Siesta Key Beach - voted #1 in USA in 2011, close to the Westfield shopping mall with 140 stores, restaurants, movie complex and food court.

There are over 30 Championship Golf Courses In Sarasota! Please check enclosed links.

Arts and Cultural attractions: Ringling Museum of Art, Sarasota Opera House, and Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, galleries in downtown, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens.

Visit Myakka State Park where you can rent bikes or canoes or just go hiking or drive to Orlando (2 hour drive)to visit Disney.

A 30 minute drive to Ellenton's Prime Outlet mall with 130 designer outlet stores e.g.(Coach, Jones New York, Liz Claiborne Calvin Klein).

We had a wonderful stay. The pool was great and we close to the beach and lots of dining and shops

It was real easy to book on line. The property manager was very helpful. We have stayed at this location 4 different times over the last 2 years. Each time was in a different unit. We have been pleased with every stay. We will most definitely be back again.

Nice place to stay in Sarasota

The house was nice and clean. The pool was at perfect temperature. The condo is very well kept and pleasant to the eye. The location is great, near many shopping options. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice Community

The unit needs some updating and better cleaning. In particular, the guest bedroom rug needs to be replaced. The property manager was very responsive and answered any questions promptly. The location and convenient drive to everything was a big plus.

Village Des Pins villa

Very nice villa, clean, well stocked kitchen. Nice, safe neighborhood to walk in,convenient to shopping and only a short drive to the beach. Steps to the heated pool. Comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again but the couches need to be replaced. They are very uncomfortable. Rental manager was very responsive when we had questions.

Beautiful condo modern kitchen very comfortable amenities in nice convenient area of Sarasota. Rental agent very responsive. One box of tissues and a few napkins would have been appreciated, otherwise no complaints.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay in your lovely villa. The place was spotless and tastefully decorated. We enjoyed the heated pool and the fact that it was just a few steps away. Having a garage to park the car in was nice too. We would definitely return. Thanks.

Perfect in every way!

Our first family vacation to Sarasota was perfect - in part due to this outstanding vacation home. It was perfect in every way! The home was immaculate and included all of the necessities - a well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, extra linens, beach towels and beach chairs, TV, internet and so much more. Similarly, the grounds of the villa were pristine. The pool is large and perfectly heated. The hot tub was fantastic and tons of deck chairs meant relaxing with a good book in the Florida sun was a total treat! The rental location couldn't be more ideal - it is close to all the beaches and especially the incredible Siesta Key beach. My two teens loved the quieter Turtle Beach as much as the beautiful, white sands of Siesta Key! We brought our bikes and from the rental, we could easily bike to the mall, the cinema, grocery, Costco, local restaurants, and we had a blast on every adventure. In our first ever road trip our family drove 30 hours one way, from Northern Ontario, Canada and took a leap of faith that this rental would make for a special ten-day Christmas getaway for our family of four and without question, the vacation home exceeded our expectations. Also, the property manager was on call for any minor questions that came up. She was prompt, reliable and made our experience worry free! We'd highly recommend this rental. The only problem we had .... was leaving! We wanted to stay another 10 days! We'll happily return to this lovely villa!

Comfortable and everything we needed!!

Condo was clean, well appointed, and everything we were looking for. We traveled to Sarasota to spend Thanksgiving with my in-laws who live in Palmer Ranch. The condo was a 5 min drive away. It was great being so close but having our own little get away. The master bedroom/bath was very spacious and we enjoyed the king bed. My two boys: 7 and 10 slept together in the other room with twin beds and were comfortable there as well. We were in charge of making the mashed potatoes for Thanksgiving dinner and the condo came well equipped with everything we needed, ricer included!! We used instacart to deliver our groceries and it ended up being one of the easiest trips ever!! Would definitely rent again!!!

Excellent Location / Very Clean and Comfortable

This was our second stay in this beautiful condo. The unit is very clean and nicely furnished. The king size bed in the master bedroom is EXTREMEMLY COMPFORTABLE. You're virtually guaranteed a good nights sleep. The upscale kitchen is very modern and decently equipped with various gadgets. The neighborhood is quiet and well maintained. We didn't have the opportunity to use the club house amenities or pool, but it looks very nice. Very close to the beach, shopping and downtown Sarasota. Would book again in a heartbeat!!!

Beautiful Condo/Great Location

We very much enjoyed our stay in this condo. The furnishings are beautiful, deco lovely and everything was as described. Gorgeous park like setting, great location with easy access to everything from beaches to shopping & eating out. Loved the lanai for morning coffee, reading a book or playing a game of cards. Hope to come back again for a longer stay.
