Clean and Cozy

We loved how clean and cozy the house was and the amazing pool. The location is perfect and within 20 minutes of all the beaches. We had a wonderful stay and plan to return.

Overall, We loved our stay in the mova pool home. We had some issues that were addressed immediately. The Beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked. We had the heat turned on in the pool the last two weeks and we enjoyed the privacy. The only issue we had was the couch in the living room was very uncomfortable to watch TV as the headrests did not stay up, and we'd have enjoyed some lower level lighting in that room so we could both read comfortably. We would definitely stay here again.

The headrests have a push and pull mechanism and all currently work. The only spot that doesn't is the corner as that is where blankets are stored. Relaxing Getaway

Charming home with all you need for a relaxing retreat. Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and tools, so cooking during your stay is a breeze. Cozy furniture, beautiful pool and screened in porch. Enjoyed my short trip. Highly recommend it! Very close to Siesta Key, shopping, restaurants and other attractions.

Awesome stay!

We had a wonderful stay for our girls trip. The house was very clean and comfortable! Great access to parks and the beach and local shopping. The pool with ledge loungers was AMAZING!! I never wanted to leave. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect

This was our second stay and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The property is the perfect location to many restaurants, shops, grocery stores, coffee shops, and gorgeous beaches. After a long day at the beach, going out to dinner and shopping we loved returning to the house to take a dip in the beautiful pool. We can’t wait to plan our next visit!!

Perfect oasis

This is our 3rd vacation spent here. We love this comfy, completely furnished home. It has everything we need to have an enjoyable get away! It rained a day and half but there’s so much to do in the area. We saw a movie at a nearby theatre and also took a trip to The Ringling Bros. Museum. We always visit several beaches in the area including beautiful Siesta Key, Crescent, Lido, Anna Maria and a new one this year called Casperan Beach to look for shark teeth. Our favorite part of this home is the gorgeous pool out back, lanai and patio. Great for relaxing after a day at the beach!

Awesome property

This property and pool are simply amazing! It is obvious the owners have put their hearts into making this place so incredible. We had everything we needed and could possibly imagine. The kitchen is very well stocked. The inside, and the outside of this property was immaculate!

Absolutely amazing home

This home is absolutely gorgeous! It’s so cozy and welcoming. Spacious and supplied with everything we needed. Very quite neighborhood & close to lots of shopping and restaurants. Just a few miles from the beach. The pool was a beautiful feature- we enjoyed this so much. This home and host was absolutely wonderful to us. We will defiantly be saving this home for our future stays!

What an ideal property for a vacation! Modern two bedroom/two bath home in quiet community. Open concept kitchen/living space with modern appliances. Beautiful pool with sun deck, fountain and evening lights!! Lanai is perfect for early morning coffee or evening cocktails and conversations! Pool surround area has multiple sun umbrellas and seating areas. New high capacity washer/dryer. Conveniently located near grocery stores, coffee shops, and restaurants. Will definitely return in the future.

Great Stay

This cute two bedroom has a fantastic backyard pool and linai with beautiful furnishings. It's located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from a convenient shopping area and the Siesta Key Beach. The kitchen was well furnished and had everything we needed. I slept in one of the twin beds and it was very comfortable. I appreciated the convenience of two full baths and a brand new washer and dryer. I went for a run around the surrounding area and felt safe in the quiet residential streets with many people out walking. Siesta Key Beach has incredible sandy beaches and beautiful water. No wonder it was rated # 1 beach in the USA. This was my first time to Sarasota and I was pleasantly surprised with all the restaurants, shopping, and beach without being overcrowded. Definitely recommend this as a vacation destination and a great place to stay.

Simple renovation

The house was very sparsely furnished and missing accessories and kitchen items. Had to request glass wine glasses, scissors, etc. Was not up our expectations - too low end. We wound up buying pillows so that we could sleep comfortably. Although the backyard, with pool and screened lanai was nice, we had poor weather and didn’t really use it. Plus they were charging extra to heat the pool. We paid a high price and the property wasn’t worth it. Also had issues with toilets and drains in shower & bath.

We were surprised to get complaints about missing accessories and kitchen items. The previous guest said the home was well equipped, specifically the kitchen. However, we did drop off all the items you mentioned. The home did have wine glasses but they weren't to your satisfaction. So to appease you, we bought some. The home's furnishing is what is advertised. Unfortunately the weather was not better. We do give guests the option to have the pool heated one week at a time. We would have been happy to have it turned off for those weeks that were too cool to swim. In regards to the drain issues, we were responsive and got it resolved quickly. A quiet oasis

When you enter the home you will step into a lovely vacation rental. Beds and other furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Many of your day 1 needs are provided (soap, shampoo, dishwasher detergent, etc. ). Our favorite feature was the back porch and pool. The pool has a sun shelf and depth is up to 5ft. Great lounge chairs, table and umbrellas. Also appreciated the beach supplies! We took many walks through the neighborhood (there’s a paddle board and kayak launch to the bay just a couple blocks over). The neighborhood was safe and even close enough to walk to the main road and enjoy dinner and drinks. The only pause for some might be the fact The house sits in a neighborhood in transition. Many of the homes renovated and lovely, others in need of attention. However, the area is quiet, safe, and met our needs. The management company did a nice job of checking in and ensuring we were satisfied with our stay and very responsive to any inquiries. We plan to return!

Nice cottage. Quiet neighborhood

The house is compact and a nice space. New furniture in living room. The kitchen table is bistro height., which was not to My liking since I am not tall. Built in Kitchen appliances were nice. Other appliances need to be upgraded: microwave is tiny. Coffee maker and toaster old school. Kitchen tools and supplies ( bowls, etc) very basic. Need more coffee cups, etc. New TVs but no local programming, only streaming with your own apps. The sunroom furniture needs new cushions. Bedroom king bed very comfortable. No outdoor furniture. The property manager dealt with problems quickly. Neighborhood is nice for walking. Quiet street and close to grocery store. Garage with opener very convenient.

clean, comfy, and spacious homestay

My stay here was wonderful, as it's tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but a short drive from so many beaches in the Siesta Key area! My husband and I loved going out for the day and returning to a clean, comfy, and spacious home. The yard with the sunroom and grill was our favorite! We loved being able to cook our own food and sit outside, listening to the evening rains and enjoying each others company. This place isn't missing any amenities!
