Our villa, AR305, is ideally located directly on the beachfront on the 3rd floor in the much sought after Admiral's Row section of the Hilton Head Island Beach and Tennis Club. The balcony of our Villa overlooks the beach. Only a very small number of other villas share such a unique location. Most Villas that are listed as 'Ocean View' are a much greater distance from the beach.

The special location of our Admirals Row Beachfront Villa creates an exclusive feeling of an oceanfront setting situated apart from everything else.

Our villa includes a great beach view from the balcony, lounge, and dining area. It has a fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, a bedroom with a TV and a queen bed, and a queen pull-out sofa in the living room. The dining area seats 4 comfortably. Our unit features free wireless internet, smoke detectors, and two HDTV's. We provide beach chairs and a beach umbrella for your use. We provide towels and linens, but bring your own beach towels.

Our building features an elevator, 2 staircases, an access ramp, parking, beach access, central smoke detectors, a non-sprinklered fire alarm system and 24 hour security, 7 days a week.

Our resort includes free tennis, pickleball, and use of the fitness center.
On site there are 3 restaurants - a sports bar (Coconutz), a pizza restaurant (Gator'z Pizza), and a casual beach bar (Jamaica Joe'z) by the pool overlooking the beach.
There is a small pool beside our Admiral's Row building as well as another very large pool on the North side of the complex with a kiddie pool beside it. There you will also find lots of lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas, a sun deck, a shaded sitting area, beach volleyball and organized activities in season.

Bikes can be rented on site by the security gate and there are bike racks located on both sides of Admiral's Row. Bike and walking paths covering the whole island start at the entrance to our resort. You can also bike or walk for miles along the beach in either direction.

Charcoal grills and picnic tables are located around the resort with the closest being a few steps away on the north side of the building. There are more beside the children's playground which is a great place for a large gathering. The children can play on the playground equipment and the adults can watch them while visiting with each other and cooking up some hot dogs and hamburgers.

We also own a 2 bedroom villa around the corner on the 2nd floor if you would need more space: vrbo/1203960

We enjoyed our stay. The place had all the amenities that were advertised. It is small, so you can't live out of your suitcase, but there is ample storage space for clothes. A one minute walk to the beach, which was convenient. The only complaint would be that the elevator is quite slow, otherwise a very nice stay.

We had a really great stay at the 305 Admiral's Way. The place was very well maintained, location and ocean views were amazing and the host was very responsive when needed. We only had to correspond due to utility company needing to upgrade the internet and modems for the entre complex. All went very smoothly and did not disturb our stay. Location of Resort was ideal with so much to do around the area and they had a lot of fun activities at the pool area for days when you needed a break from the sand. Fitness room was as very nice. Lots of trails to walk as well as bike. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

Wonderful time, great ocean front (not ocean view) and a great host. Clear, honest and straight forward instructions. Easy walk to beach which was perfect, not overly populated. Note fridge is small but you shouldnā€™t need more and the freezer is large. Shower is large too. Note bedroom is in the back and small but I donā€™t think you need larger with the view and access to the beach you have. Laundry is really close too. Very clean property. Ian was great with communication and setting expectations.

Relaxing getaway

The condo was just as described; clean; good location. The view was wonderful. We had less than ideal weather but still plenty of good eating in the area and a good place to relax. Quiet in May. The owner was wonderful to work with when our original requested dates didn't work for us. Only little issue was that when arriving, the place where you were to check in wasn't clearly marked and confused us slightly.

Very nice property. Beautiful view. My only complaint is the week shower. Not easy to get clean after a day of surf and sand. a hand held shower head with sufficient water pressure and adjustable water spray would dramatically improve the shower experience.

We have been coming to Hilton Head Beach and Tennis for several years. We enjoy staying at Admiral's Row, and our condo this year was very nice. The view from the balcony was perfect, and we had everything we needed to have a great stay.

My name is Ian and I grew up in England. I reside between the Cincinnati Ohio/Northern Kentucky area and Hilton Head with Debby who is also from England. I have lived in the USA since 1976 owning at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort since the 1999. I have never grown tired of the fantastic ocean view from our condo. Also, I can't say enough about all the wonderful things to do here at the resort and the incredible people who take care of us. I love to share our condo with our guests and nothing makes me happier than when I receive a note back from a guest who has just enjoyed their best vacation ever.

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis is located in the Folly Field neighbourhood of Hilton Head Island. This is a well established older neighbourhood that is away from the hustle and bustle of the Coligny area of the island. You can walk to everything - the beach, on-site restaurants, and some beautiful streets in the old neighbourhood lined with Live Oaks and Spanish moss. You really don't need to leave all week except to go grocery shopping.
However, if you choose to get in your car, or rent a bike, you can be at all manner of scenic areas, attractions, restaurants, breweries, and historical sites in just minutes. If you like the beach and the ocean this is absolutely the place to be. The neighborhood runs along the oceanfront. There are 5 beach restaurant/bars within walking distance of our condo. You can walk to the Folly (a Marshland inlet) in one direction and to what we call the "Rocks" in the other.

O que faz essa propriedade ser Ćŗnica?

The Admirals Row A building where we are located is closer to the ocean than any other building on the property - actually closer than most buildings on the island. Our condo is at the end nearest to the beach. Located at the edge of the dunes with the ocean just steps away on the other side, you can hear the sound of the waves crashing on the beach when you sit on our balcony. It's a pretty cool experience to enjoy that proximity when you get up in the morning, take a break in the day, or are relaxing in the evening. Also, I really like that we are not in a concrete jungle. We have space between low rise buildings. We have trees, vegetation, and natural dunes. I've owned in Admirals Row for over 25 years, and I'm still loving it.
