This lovely apartment is situated on the first floor and can be accessed by either elevator or stairs.
There are 2 spacious bedrooms, both beautifully furnished. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is also a separate shower room which serves the twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with ample space.
There is a modern stainless steel kitchen which is well equipped with a fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven & hob and Nespresso coffee machine.
The spacious lounge and dining room are tastefully furnished with patio doors leading to a terrace overlooking the swimming pool and garden area. The terrace is furnished with a table & chairs, suitable for dining 'al fresco' plus two sunbeds to soak up the sunshine.

The property is equipped with it´s own personal Wifi and has air conditioning fitted throughout.
The apartment has recently been updated with a brand new 50” television which is equipped with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Apple TV, Rakuten TV and YouTube.

There is also the added option if you require a TV WiFi box which can provide UK channels BBC1, BBC2,ITV, CH4 and a selection of Sky films, sports and kids channels.
This service costs just €30 for your stay.

Clients using this apartment have access to the communal swimming pool and sunbeds. The apartment has the added bonus of two foldable sunbeds that you can take down to the pool should it be busy on the communal sunbeds.

There is plenty of free parking space outside the apartment block.
This accommodation is ideal for couples and families. There are shops, restaurants, bars & cafes on the Marina complex itself and there is also a large supermarket Pingo Doce within a 2 minute walk of the apartment.
There is 24 hour security surveillance service at the Marina.
The town centre is just across the river from the Marina, a mere 10 minute walk. The nearest beach is also a 10 minute walk.
