Lovely Townhouse on Lagos Marina with swimming pool, Air Con & WiFi

This beautiful townhouse is situated on the prestigious 5 star award winning Marina de Lagos which is the first Marina in the Iberian peninsula to achieve such a level. This property has a prime position on the Marina and is located within a secure gated community. It has direct access to the swimming pool having the entrance door opening out onto the pool area. It also has a large terrace accessed through sliding doors from the lounge, which overlooks the picturesque lake.
The ground floor consists of a large spacious lounge, well equipped kitchen including hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine and microwave there is a breakfast bar through to the lounge. There is also a cloakroom on the ground floor. All windows & doors are fitted with shutters and mosquito netting. Sliding doors lead from the lounge onto the large terrace which has modern outdoor furniture comprising of table, chairs and sun loungers. There is an open plan staircase which leads from the lounge to the first floor. The master double bedroom has sliding doors leading onto the first floor balcony. The bedroom is spacious with plenty of wardrobe space and a full en-suite bathroom.
The other 2 bedrooms have twin beds, also with plenty of wardrobe space. There is a separate bathroom with shower which serves the twin bedrooms.
The property is equipped with itĀ“s own personal Wifi.

The TV has the standard Portuguese channels.
However for a charge of ā‚¬30 for your stay there is an additional option of a TV wifi box which can provide UK channels BBC1, BBC2,ITV, CH4 and a selection of Sky films, sports and kids channels.

There is a private parking space in the garage directly under the property with electrically operated doors.

We totally enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Lots of space for 3 couples, within walking distance of the beach, centre city and plenty of places to eat and drink, supermarket minutes away.

This place is even nicer than the pics! Itā€™s spacious, yet homely. It had everything we needed, and more! The balcony was very spacious, the towels and bedding were clean. The beds were comfortable, as were the pillows. Check-in was very simple, the host was very responsive with all my messages. We felt very safe, as nobody can just wander into the complex. The pool area is spotless and was never crowded. I wouldnā€™t hesitate in recommending this place!

Loved our stay at this townhouse. Very spacious for family of 4 plus two grandparents. Excellent communication throughout, and met at property by Jo who was very nice and informative. Lots of room to relax both inside and outside and a large pool. Nice and chilled pool area. Added English TV which was great for grandparents to catch up on soaps, sports etc. 5 mins to great marina restaurants. Hope to be back next year.

Lovely townhouse on the marina

The property was clean, spacious and comfortable and ideally situated in a quiet part of Lagos marina, just a short stroll from the townā€™s shops, bars and restaurants. We have stayed on the marina many times and this was one of our favourite properties. Would definitely visit again.

Fantastic apartment great location

Second time staying here. A relaxing and stress free holiday. Location is great with lots to do nearby. Apartment is great and we love the space, huge balcony and pool. Communication very good.

Absolutely brilliant stay we were allowed to drop our bags off early as we had an early flight check in to property went smoothly and the property was clean and tidy the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed and the owner even organised the taxis for us will definitely book again šŸ˜€

Large Apartment Lagos Marina

This three bedroom apartment was perfect for our group of three couples. It had a large balcony to the back, opened onto the lovely pool, and was close to the beach, the Marina and the town of Lagos (a ten minute walk away). We enjoyed an excellent week.

We have just returned and had a wonderful stay. Jo was there to greet us and answer any questions, the apartments is very large with 3 large bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a downstairs large cloakroom- huge terrace overlooking the lagoon and a few steps away from the lovely pool. Master suite has a lovely balcony and other rooms have doors opening onto juliet balcony overlooking the pool. Everything you need to enjoy your holiday is here, secure parking is ideal. Fantastic supermarket is a few minutes walk, marina and the town are all a short walk away. Absolutely perfect! Lagos has loads to do- old town restaurants, shops, beaches up and down the coast, wakepark, boat trips, wonderful we are a family with 3 teenage children. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Good and pleasant environment

Location of property very good in pleasant environment.The property itself is clean and comfortable and well equipped however, does require some important maintenance including replacing the badly damaged toilet seats, some of the furniture in the pool facing bedroom smelt musty and unpleasant.

Great house. Enormous terrace. Lovely to have a private entrance onto the pool.

We had great weather and when the wind came up in the afternoon part of the terrace was sheltered. It was quiet as we were early in the season. Easy walk to town and also to Pingo Doce. We could dip in the pool and then lie out on our own terrace. We would definitely rent this house again.

Outstanding holiday apartment

A wonderful property that had everything we needed in a very convenient location with access to a local supermarket and a short walk to the Marina, Lagos old town and the beach. The booking process was very easy with Julie who also arranged our transfers from/to Faro airport and we were met at the property by Jo despite arriving very late on Sunday evening. Jo was also very responsive to any queries during our stay.The apartment was perfect for our family and had everything we needed. Master bedroom for us and a room each for our two teenagers. The pool is literally right outside the front door and the large terrace facing the marina on the other side was a lovely place to have a drink in the evening before going out.We had a lovely holiday. Highly recommended.

Excellent Clean and Spacious House

Probably larger than we thought from the photos. The patio was large with plenty of room for 2 sunbeds which had the sun for most of the day. Large supermarket across the road. Well equipped kitchen. Good quality towels. Wifi had a strong signal. We have already booked again for next year.

Fabulous apartment in a nice quiet location close to Marina

Lovely apartment with plenty room for 6 people. Well located and well equipped apartment block close to the Marina. Lovely little pool and plenty of sun loungers although there are a few in the apartment if theyā€™re all taken. Lagos itself is a lovely town with lots of nice restaurants and cafes and shops which is about 15 minute walk from the apartment. Lots of boat trips which can be taken from the Marina. Would thoroughly recommend and would love to return sometime.

Excellent property

Stayed in the town house for 3 weeks with hubby, sister and brother in law. All enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room to not feel on top of each other. Property was well equipped with everything we need, clean and comfortable. Julie was brilliant at getting back to me regarding any queries, also very clear instructions on how and what to do to get to the property. Loved having our own private sunbathing deck as well as having the opportunity to sit by the pool. The property is in a excellent location for the supermarket and the marina. Looking forward to returning.

Week long stay

We stayed for one week having stayed at Lagos previously in a smaller apartment. The apartment was perfect and could find no fault or anything we needed that wasnā€™t provided. Tip to reduce baggage there is a great selection of books if you happy to risk there will be some you havenā€™t read. Pool and complex area super clean. We had a late check in communication was excellent with Jo and we arranged all our transfers we needed three by Julie and they were so reasonable and all drivers on time. Booking and communication with Julie was excellent we will definitely be back. Thank you

Excellent chill out

We stayed in the townhouse for 12 nights in sept/oct . Our aim was to chill out enabled by the lovely large terrace getting sun all morning and afternoon. The weather was lovely hot and sunny during the day. However evenings in our first week temperature dropped considerably and was windy, definitely need some warmer clothes. The last few days wind dropped and evenings quite warm. Our evenings were spent in the marina and old town where there are great restaurants within walking distance. The old town is atmospheric and a range of live music in the main square. Communication with Julie and Jo excellent from booking to end of holiday and airport transfers they arranged worked very well. A lovely well equipped townhouse with comfy beds!

Fantastic townhouse, fantastic location!!

This is a superb townhouse, spacious, clean and extremely well equipped, it really has everything you could possibly need, even down to umbrellas (which thankfully we didnā€™t need!). Plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out, powerful, hot, showers, enormous terrace for sunbathing and relaxing with lovely view over the lake. Huge pool right outside the front door which the kids loved, loads of books and games, and most importantly of all for the teenagers, brilliant WiFi!! Julie from Compass was brilliant, excellent communication from initial booking onwards, she organised us very smooth and easy transfers, met us on arrival and was super lovely! The location is fantastic, right on the Marina with all its brilliant bars and restaurants, 10mins into lovely old town and town beaches or other way to the beach, you donā€™t need a car as thereā€™s so much going on nearby. We loved Lagos and will definitely be back, wouldnā€™t hesitate to recommend this townhouse, itā€™s great!!

Great Townhouse and Location.

We've rented apartments in the condominium several times previously but this was our first time in a townhouse. The extra space, internal and external, made our stay comfortable and homely. This is a great rental but falls short of the luxury tag. It's well presented and we had no major issues but there are numerous minor ones which combine to cost it a star. I won't detail them here but certain aspects of the property appear tired. Communal areas and pool well maintained. The apartments can suffer from road noise throughout the night but there is no such issue with the townhouses. We had a great holiday and would rent this property again.

Nice spacious property in a great location

Itā€™s our second year at this property and coming again next year. Nice 3 bedroom property located on a small private complex. The pool is outside the front door and very quite but still those annoying few that want to get up at the break of dawn to reserve beds but when we went (mid sept) it wasnā€™t necessary. We understand this might be different in high season but the owner has thoughtfully provided foldable beds if this is the case. The property has a large private terrace to the rear which is ideal for eating, sunbathing etc. The location is great only a 10 minute stroll to the Marina, 15 mins to the old town and about 20 to the fantastic beach. Julie, the Property Manager, couldnā€™t be more helpful, always contactable, she arranged transfers from the airport and her husband arranged Golf, club hire. We didnā€™t really have to worry about anything. Highly reccomended for an excellent family holiday.
