Our 4 season, 4 bedroom 2800 sq ft house is on a double lot, on a quiet non-motorized lake. It has all the charm you would want in a cottage with all the comforts of home. Hogg Lake is located approx. 2 and a half hours north of Toronto, close to the famous resort town of Huntsville, as well as Arrowhead and Algonquin Parks.

The 2 storey cottage has been completely and lovingly renovated in 2012 with 4 full bedrooms (Sleeps 8), large kitchen, living and dining room and recreation room with a floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace in the living room and a wood stove in the lower level rec room. The living room features huge picture windows overlooking the lake with soaring cedar ceilings. There is a special seating nook beside the kitchen. The house includes a gourmet kitchen and everything you could want for a wonderful cottage vacation! Children Welcome

Master bedroom is very large with a queen size bed, patio-door walk out to large deck and rock garden, view of the lake and a 32'tv. Second bedroom, good size, king size bed and view of the lake. Third bedroom double bed and view of the lake. Fourth bedroom, queen size bed and large closet.

Quiet mornings can be spent on the dock or in the fully screened Muskoka room viewing the sunrise over the lake (cottage faces south east). Take a paddle around the lake (canoe or two person paddle boat). Loads of fun for families or couples looking for peace and quiet. The lake is spring-fed and perfect for swimming with a small sand beach for children. Great fishing on the dock.

Located 20 minutes north of Huntsville and right beside the snow mobile / ATV trail, the area has full outdoor activities all year round. There are ample local attractions or you can stay at the cottage to relax. South eastern exposure gets full sun all day and beautiful sunrises. Very large double lot and professionally designed rock gardens with just the right mix of sun and shade, fully treed.
