The living space includes a cozy sofa area with a TV and wood-burning stove, and a dining area. The well-equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine and two dishwashers. There\\'s also an outdoor kitchen with a gas barbecue on the partially covered terrace. Outdoor activities include a trampoline, darts, basketball hoop, volleyball net, football nets, play tower, sandbox, and cheese board. The terrace offers quality garden furniture for relaxation, and there\\'s a shelter with a firepit at the back of the plot. The house has seven bedrooms with either two single beds or one double, plus additional sleeping spaces in the loft and activity room. The nearby Marielyst beach has been voted Denmark\\'s best for three years, and the town offers good shops and restaurants.
