The 3-room “Abendsonne 30” residence features a seasonally furnished rooftop terrace from which your view sweeps across the golf course and on toward the Baltic Sea. The stylishly furnished vacation apartment has a spacious living area of 65 square meters and can accommodate up to 4 people. The high-quality furnishings welcome guests with an open-concept living/dining area.

Here, you can make yourself comfortable while watching TV or listening to music via the internet radio or USB. Of course, you can use the Wi-Fi free of charge. Guests who prefer to prepare their own meals will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen. You can enjoy your meals at the dining counter or, when the weather is warm, on the seasonally furnished rooftop terrace. Ideally, the apartment features two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed and a closet. The second bedroom is furnished with a wide bed (140 cm x 200 cm) and a closet.

Your day begins in a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, sink, heated towel rack, and toilet. For a fee, you can use the shared washer and dryer in the building.
