Villa Lena was built in July 2010 in a stunning location, just a few meters from the fine-sand beach and the famous pier. Inspired by seaside resort architecture, Villa Lena combines tradition with modernity.
Our elegantly and comfortably furnished, approximately 70-square-meter non-smoking apartment is located on the 3rd floor; an elevator takes you from your private underground parking space (height 1.90 m) to your apartment. Two balconies, furnished for summer use, invite you to relax and sunbathe. From the southeast-facing balcony, enjoy the view of the magnificent villas on Wilhelmstraße all the way to the Baltic Sea. Villa Lena is located directly on Wilhelmstraße, surrounded by magnificent hotels and guesthouses with their richly ornamented balconies and verandas. Access to the beach and the pier with its diving gondola is only about 200 meters away. Charming restaurants, cafes, and shops invite you to enjoy yourself and take a leisurely stroll. For nature lovers, there are plenty of opportunities for biking and hiking.
In addition, a free underground parking space (not a paternoster parking spot) is available for the “Lichtblick” vacation apartment in Villa Lena. Please note that the entrance height is 1.90 m.
Good to know: A washing machine and dryer (for a fee) are located in the building’s basement.
