The holiday home "Torrent Sa Plana is surrounded by a large plot of land 1 km from the east coast of the Costa de los Pinos. There are not many family-friendly holiday homes on Mallorca with such a wide range of games for children.
This is a Fincallorca holiday home.
There is a grass football pitch, a basketball court, a table tennis table, a table football table, a log cabin with a playground and many other children's dreams. The pool is fenced off and childproof. While the younger guests can let their urge to move run free on the 4500 m² fenced property, the adults can relax on the comfortable seating beneath the cosy, large terrace. Other highlights include the well-equipped outdoor kitchen with barbecue and the beautiful pool area, where an awning provides plenty of shade if desired.
The interior of the holiday home welcomes you with a neat, rural atmosphere with lots of wood and lovingly arranged details. The main living area is a cosy mix of living room, dining area and an open, fully equipped kitchen. The four double bedrooms can be air-conditioned and each has its own bathroom with bathtub. Outside of the hot summer months, it is just as cosy here as the house is equipped with radiators and hot/cold air conditioning.
