Villa Maria is a luxury villa in an exclusive plot, with only 7 architect-built houses. Only a few hundred meters from the well-known Cala Murada beach, which is awarded the Blue Flag.
Beach, beach bar, supermarket and the popular restaurant ca'n Perelló are within walking distance.

Located in a very exclusive area of the complex, on an avenue, the villa has a large enclosed garden with plenty of space to dine al fresco and sunbathe on the 8 x 4 m private pool. The pool can be heated (new in 2024).

The interior of the holiday home is of high quality and offers a large, light and airy, open living area, French doors to the pool terrace from the lounge, dining area and a kitchen.

The lounge area not only has air conditioning, but also has a fireplace, ideal for a romantic winter vacation. Modern decor with comfortable leather sofas, with a large flat screen TV and digital internet TV.

The dining area has an extendable large table that comfortably sleeps the entire family and is ideally located next to the kitchen and adjacent to the pool terrace.

The custom kitchen of the house is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, refrigerator and a coffee maker and is equipped for the touch of luxury with granite work surfaces. The washing machine, as well as a second fridge and freezer, are ideally, but not visible, in the adjoining pantry.

There is also a large double bedroom on the ground floor with a king size bed, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a separate toilet.

On the first floor is the luxurious master bedroom with a wardrobe and a large ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. This bedroom has wide patio doors that lead to the spacious balcony, from where you have a view of the garden and the forest area behind the house.

Also located on the first floor is a family bathroom with bath and shower, as well as two twin bedrooms.

Stunning villa, great location. My only thing was the pool was quite shallow but that’s my fault for not reading the description. The owners are also very attentive I would 1000% stay here again

Cala Murada stay 2019

The property was in an excellent neighborhood close the several beautiful beaches. The home was spacious with plenty of room for our group of 8 people. Kitchen was well equipped with nice dining and cooking ware. Weather was very humid in the summer and air conditioning that worked better would have been great! Other than the air conditioning, this is a great property to rent and I definitely recommend it.

Great villa, a real home from home

We had the pleasure of a long winter vacation (aka English winter escape!) staying at Villa Maria. The house was very well equipped, the best self-catering accommodation we've ever stayed in. The owner clearly wants it to feel like a home. The house was clean, and all the towels & linen we could want was provided. The friendly management company were very responsive & efficient at dealing with any and all queries or problems. The internet is very good, essential these days for a long stay, even if not needing to work. All the bedrooms were comfortable, with reversible air-conditioning in all. For us, the wood stove in the lounge was a lovely feature. The location of the house in Cala Murada is great too - close to the beach, a bar, a restaurant, and the Spar, but far enough from all to never get much noise in high season. We stayed with our two miniature dogs, the area being perfect for walks, short & long right from the front door. For those wanting to do some cooking, the kitchen is very well equipped. There is no doubt at all that we would definitely stay again. The villa and Cala Murada are perfect for couples & families wanting a great holiday, but not in the 'typical' Majorcan party scene of hotel & apartment block complexes. Cala Murada is a lovely village type location of all houses & villas.

Wir reisten mit 4 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern Ende Juli nach Cala Murada und haben die 11 Tage auf der Finca sehr genossen. Die Finca ist gut ausgestattet und auch bei einen kleinen Problem war der Ansprechpartner schnell vor Ort zur Behebung des Problems. Der Pool lädt zum Verweilen aus und bei schlechteren Wetter steht der Whirlpool zur Verfügung. Die ansässigen Lokale kann man nur weiterempfehlen , jedoch sollte rechtzeitig reserviert werden um Plätze zu bekommen. Wir können die Finca nur weiterempfehlen und kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder.

Ein fantastischer Urlaub ☀️

Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus ist bestens gelegen und bietet alles, was man für einen tollen Urlaub braucht. Durch die kurze Entfernung zum Strand war der Urlaub für uns perfekt, der schöne Pool rundete dies ab. Es sind sogar einige Wasserspielsachen vorhanden. Vielen Dank!

Einfach traumhaft schön

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit in der Villa; der Pool und Whirlpool sind toll für die ganze Familie; Auch der Grill wurde regelmäßig angeheizt; eine super schöne Villa; Bei Fragen haben wir immer sofort Feedback erhalten! Der Strand ist super zu Fuß zu erreichen und der Sparmarkt auch um die Ecke; die weiteren Einkäufe haben wir bei Lidl getätigt; Wir würden gleich wieder hinfliegen! Vielen herzlichen Dank nochmals!!

Family holiday 3 generations

Good holiday. If guests are staying more than 1 weeky I suggest that maybe a change of bed linen would be a good option. Plus a little un clean around the hot tub.greell on floor ,had to clean up a couple of times. But on the hole a good and enjoyable holiday. Also we has a couple of issues but were sorted out straight away.

Relaxing week

Just back from a very relaxing week in this beautiful property. The villa is as photographed and furnished to an incredibly high standard. The villa owner and management team were on hand and very quick to respond to any questions we had. The hot tub was easily are favourite thing and we enjoyed many hours relaxing in it. There is a small Spar supermarket about 500 meters away, which stocks everything you would need. They also make fresh bread and pastries and you can order what you want for each morning, as they sell out quickly. There are 2 restaurants within easy walking distance and we really enjoyed the food at the beach bar, the view and sunset from there was beautiful. Cala Murada is a small village, not touristy at all. It was perfect for us for 1 week as we wanted to just relax by the pool and not travel anywhere. However, if you like to get out and about I would suggest hiring a car as it will give you more options but the villa is a perfect base. Thank you again to Yvonne and the management team for our wonderful, relaxing stay.

Nice, spacious house close to the beach

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Maria. Perfect with bedroom and bath on the ground floor for my in laws. I loved the big balcony on the first floor. The house is well equipped and the wifi worked good (important for the kids). Nice pool and a hot tub. Spar shop for groceries and nice restaurants within walking distanse as well. We would love to come back.

Great stay in a villa with all the facilities you need for a fantastic holiday. Location was perfect, walking distance to a beach bar which served great food and the lady who ran the bar was great. We had a week but if longer, would have hired a car as there isn’t lots to do. Perfect for a week relaxing though!

Excellent Villa -relaxing clean with all you need

My family and I had the pleasure of staying at Villa Maria in August 2017. After much searching I found the Villa on line and with any holiday I book I was feeling apprehensive that I was really getting what you it says in the advert. From arrival you just feel relaxed because the Villa is fantastic, very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need so you get that home from home feeling, allowing you the choice to eat in or out. The outside space has both sun, or shade, so great for young children or even adults wanting to sip a cold beer out of the beautiful sun. The Villa is very spacious, cool and extremely light. Let's not forget that BBQ area for alfresco dining. The pool is just so great to have, letting the children play in safety and the addition of the Jacuzzi for the adults, we spent many an evening chilling out in it feeling totally relaxed. The bedrooms are large with en-suite bathrooms to the main bedrooms with access to a large comfortable sunny balcony to both back bedrooms. You are only a few minutes, walk from a blue flag beach complete with life guards during the summer months. If you want to walk a bit further there are a few other very safe beautiful beaches along the coast. There are many other beaches not too far away. You have the local shops for the essentials and big supermarkets are a short drive away. The Village has many places to eat, and some do the menu of the day at a very reasonable price. The closest restaurant is only a few minute’s walk away and they will do take away if you prefer. The beach bar is great for enjoying the sunset! We all had a fabulous relaxing time and will be returning sometime in the future. Maria and family.

Smashing place for young and old

We were a three generation party so the house was perfect for us. The double with ensuite on the ground floor was great for my elderly parents. We particularly loved being able to take quiet breakfasts on the balcony adjoining our room before our four boys got up. The pool was the highlight for the boys, and because of the large outside area (plenty of sunny areas as well as a large shaded area for outside dining) there was always somewhere for us close by to ‘supervise’. Although by the end of our stay they were all very confident in the water! The beach was close by and the village has some good places to eat but with a well equipped kitchen we were all happy to dine in (especially the boys who wanted to stay in the pool or jacuzzi into the dark!). All in all, a perfect place for a family getaway. Caro & family.

Holiday in Cala Murada

Lovely villa in nice surroundings. Well equipped clean comfortable and plenty of room. There are nice walks through the nature reserve at the back of the villa where you can walk across the headland to Porto Collom. Really enjoyed our stay.

Relaxing and Enjoyable Stay

We have stayed in Cala Murada previously in summer months and as we enjoyed the fact it is a quiet village destination rather than the usual tourist resort, we decided to try it for a winter break for a change. Villa Maria looked great in the photos on the website and it didn't disappoint. Its a light airy house which overlooks woodland at the back which was lovely for watching the birds over our morning coffee on the terrace. The beach was a 5 minute walk along with a local supermarket and restaurant, so everything we needed was a short walk away. The weather during the day was lovely during our stay, although chilly at night so we were glad of the wood burner which made our evenings warm and cosy. We had a bit of an issue with the washing machine while we were there, which sprang a leak. However, as soon as I called the managing agent, he arranged for a plumber within hours and all was fixed with no fuss. The house was nicely furnished, and well equipped. Everything was spotless. We could not have asked for more. We had a lovely holiday and would recommend this villa and plan to stay there again in the not too distant future.
