Beautiful Luxury Beachfront Holiday Isle Condo

****NOTE: Summer holidays of Memorial Day, July 4th, and Labor Day require a 7 night minimum.****

Spacious 6th floor unit with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico, where you can relax on the balcony and enjoy both the sunrise and sunset.

Tile floors throughout. Decorated with original local art. Gorgeous kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel full-size appliances, fully stocked with dinnerware, cookware, coffeemaker, blender, toaster, mixer, crock pot, and George Foreman grill.

Round dining table seats four with seating for four more at the bar. Additional dining table for four on the balcony.

Comfortable, relaxing living area with 60 inch flat screen TV and Blu-Ray/DVD player. Movies, playing cards, and other games also provided for your enjoyment.

The master suite includes a king-size bed with foam topped mattress and high thread count sheets and duvet cover. There is also flat screen TV and Blu-Ray/DVD player. Sliding glass doors open onto the balcony and provide beautiful views from your bed. Blackout drapes available for sleeping in! The master bath has a large granite vanity with double sinks, a Jacuzzi-style bathtub and separate shower.

Guest bedroom one includes a queen bed with foam topped mattress, high thread count sheets, and flat screen TV.

Guest bedroom two has two twin XL beds with memory foam mattresses. It also includes a flat screen TV and Blu-Ray/DVD player.

The second bathroom has granite counter tops, double sinks, and a large tub/shower combo.

The laundry room is equipped with a full-sized washer and dryer and has an iron and ironing board. We have some housekeeping supplies available should you need them during your stay.

Cable TV, free WIFI, and local calls are included. We also provide beach towels for use at the beach or pool.

Holiday Isle Resort is located directly on the beach! The resort offers both indoor and outdoor saltwater swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, steam room, BBQ grills, state-of-the-art fitness center and much more.

Perfect Perfect!

Always enjoy our stay at Jenny’s property. Perfect family vacation! Condo is completely stocked with everything you will need. Beautifully decorated, clean and safe. We love staying here. We will be back next year.

Family Beach Trip

Secluded beach and quiet!!

We chose Dauphin Island because it was secluded away from the hustle and bustle of the tourists if other beach locations. This spot on the map is the perfect place to get some relaxation. From the fishing guides nearly 30 miles offshore to the jet skiing we had a blast and was wonderful to get away from it all. The unit had everything we needed to make the trip relaxing and enjoyable.

Amazing Condo!!!

This condo is amazing!!! We had breath taking views from the balcony. The condo was super clean and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well equipped. There were restaurants within walking distance. The owner was super responsive to any questions we had. My family already wants to come back to stay here.

Not your typical crowded beach

The condo was beautiful and very well supplied. Since my husband and my son both hate crowds, we were so excited that you didn’t have to fight for a place on the beach. We had a few maintenance issues but Jenny was readily available to assist. The balcony was huge with multiple seating options so we spent a lot of time there when we weren’t at the beach.

Great holiday location

The condo was equipped with nearly anything you could want except beach chairs but you can pay for beach service or take your own chairs. She even supplied big, fluffy beach towels! The kitchen was fully stocked, with even dish soap, dishwasher detergent, spices, ziplock bags and aluminum foil. All we needed was the food! The only issue we had was the satellite with the TV in the master bedroom, which was not the owner's fault but we never were able to get it working. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent Condo

Condo was absolutely perfect. Even more than what we expected. The owners had everything thought of. Had extra laundry detergent, dryer sheets, dishwasher pods, all of the seasonings you would need. We even bought extra blackening seasoning not knowing, but they had it. The beach is not the same beach as in other places on the gulf. It was nice, but the water was not as blue (could have been the weather) and there was a small amount of trash on the beach itself. We did not utilize the pools, hot tubs, or exercise room, therefore, cannot speak to those areas. We mainly were at the beach, the condo, or in town. Fort Gaines was fun and mini golf was also fun. Weather was intermittently raining, but thankfully the owners had TV's in every room and we started a new series as a family. Overall would stay here again and schedule it as a fishing trip more than sitting at the beach.

Place was really clean and bed were moderately comfortable. Plenty of pillow and blankets. Had beach towels available too! A The location and amenities in the room were a plus. The keurig didn’t work well but coffee maker was fine. The management at Holiday Isle was super friendly and they were constantly seen cleaning the lobby and floors. Had carts and luggage carts to help bring anything up. Never been to Dauphin Island but was definitely a good change of pace to the touristy place. Will be back and will probably try to book this place again.

Gulf getaway dream!!

This condo rental was a dream for us!! The walk to the Gulf is a mere minutes and the onsite pools are great too, well kept. The kitchen appliances were totally helpful and the kitchen itself is spacious. We were totally comfortable, just as at home. The balcony looks out into the Gulf and was made for enjoying a cup of coffee or two. I want to come back again immediately!! Jenny was most accommodating and responded instantly to any questions, couldn't have asked for a better experience. **Only issue to tackle was there is no grilling BBQ option except for electric in the main floor, plan for next time is to bring the Foreman with us.

We grew up and live in Mobile (about 40 minutes North of the Island) and have two adult kids. We both graduated from the University of South Alabama. Allen's family built a vacation home on the Island when he was very young and he spent many summers riding his mini-bike all over the Island and boating in its many bays near their house. Over the years we have spent a great deal of time on the Island.

We love the Island and its slower paced style. It is a place where you can relax and get away. We wanted a place of our own where we could enjoy time with family and friends. Holiday Isle is a beautiful, high-end, well-maintained resort. The covered garage parking and gated entry offer security and convenience. The location affords stunning views in all directions.
