Our thatched-roof luxury villa Ostseefrische is located on the fine sandy beach of Lobbe, not far from the major tourist centres of Göhren, Baabe, Sellin and Binz. On a 2500 m² property you can experience a dream holiday in a 142 m² villa. The villa is suitable for a family or friends and acquaintances. On the upper floors there are 2 balconies, 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds and a study with a desk and box-spring sofa bed for 2 people. The living area has a fireplace, large flat-screen TV with soundbar and Blu Ray player, a large dining table for 8 people and an open-plan kitchen with excellent equipment. The dining table on the ground floor and the bedrooms on the upper floor with balconies look out onto the extensive garden. The villa has a total of 4 bathrooms. On the ground floor you will find a bathroom with sauna, shower and WC. There are three more bathrooms on the upper floors - one of which has an additional bathtub. From the large bathroom on the upper floor you have a view of the Baltic Sea.
The nearby sandy beach can be reached on foot in less than 7 minutes.
After receipt of the final payment you will receive the arrival documents - in these the additional costs still to be paid are deposited.
The additional costs must be transferred to the landlord before arrival. The deposit is used to offset the additional costs for electricity and water, the remaining amount will be transferred back to the specified account within 14 to 21 working days. Note on visitor's tax in Ostseebad Baabe, since January 2021 the day of arrival and departure counts as one day per person subject to visitor's tax (e.g. booking 7 days = 8 days visitor's tax per person).
