This area is known by locals as Wellswood Village. Close by (and only a ten minute walk from Muntham are the World famous Kent's Cavern - prehistoric caves.

Muntham is a beautiful Victorian house that has survived the years in tact and with most of its stunning original features. It is a tranquil and restful place and makes an ideal base from which to explore The English Riviera and other parts of south Devon and the south west of England.
