Here's what I offer that no one else does:

* A 100% refund, for any reason or for no reason, up to the day of arrival. No questions asked. Life happens, so I understand that circumstances change over time and you should not be held hostage over it. Therefore, vacation insurance is not needed so you can save that money and go out for a great seafood dinner.

* Included in the rental is a complimentary (free) beach lounger (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) that is set-aside for guests of unit 904!! You must ask the attendant and tell them you are in Unit 904, and they will then designate one for your use at no cost. This service will be available for your free use from Mid-March to Mid-October. No other condo, anywhere, offers this amenity. So, take the money you will save and go shopping at Tanger Outlets in Foley!

* Inside the unit is a STOCKED Keurig with upwards of ten different flavors of coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available for you pleasure. We are not talking the Wal Mart "Great Value" flavors, either. Starbucks, Paul Newman's, Dunkin Donuts, Green Mountain, etc. awaits you. No need to bring your own so take that money and go deep sea fishing one day.

* The furnishings are nothing less than the finest available anywhere. Bob Timberlake cherry and wrought iron bed in one master, with an enameled iron and brass Wesley Allen Princess bed in the other. All rugs are hand-knotted Persian, Afghan, or Turkish with wool and silk blends. Extensive tile work executed by master Craftsman Daniel Carter from Nashville using stone imported from Morocco, Turkey, and Greece. Unique nautical and historical artifacts abound as décor items instead of the usual tin fish/sand/bird motifs often found in vacation rentals. What's better than a Stressless leather recliner?? Not one, but two full leather recliners from Stressless! Never sat in a Stressless recliner? Well, prepare yourselves for a treat!

* At the beginning of each season,. I scour VRBO and see what the rates are at the other units in my building. Then I set mine lower.

* Covered parking, fast elevators, and interior room access means you no longer have to walk down exterior hallways exposed to the rain and wind to get into the unit. Next, this 2-bedroom unit is just under 1,700 square feet. Compare that to other units at other buildings.

Escapes! To The Shores, Unit 904 is located on the 9th floor and is a gulf-front facing, very spacious, luxurious, 2 Bedroom 2 Bath (approximately 1700 square foot) condo that comfortably sleeps 6. This open floor plan means guests won’t be tripping over each other, yet will still maintain a maximum of privacy! The two bedrooms are actually "Double Masters" as each has a king bed and both bathrooms have large jetted tubs, large showers, and more than adequate storage. Each bedroom has a TV and large closet. One master shower has double shower heads with side sprayers. In addition to the double master suites, this unit also has a Murphy Bed with a true queen size mattress. Linens are provided. There is an in-unit washer and dryer. All counter-tops are granite and the fully furnished kitchen contains full-sized appliances including a Keurig stocked with approximately 10 different flavors of coffee and tea. The living area offers Wi-Fi and a Playstation 5(!) with a small assortment of games. The condo is full of authentic high-end nautical and historical artifacts to provide a unique décor that sets this condo apart from all others. The large balcony offers stunning views of the white sandy beaches and the beautiful blue water!

This complex offers many amenities such as a large gulf facing workout facility, steam room, sauna, hot tub, large heated indoor pool, Infinity edge outdoor pool overlooking ocean, outdoor fireplace, outdoor Viking grills, and a large gazebo area. Also included are covered parking, on-site security, and on-site check-in. Escapes! To The Shores is located just East of the Red-Roofed Phoenix East Condo.

Come to Orange Beach and enjoy a water-oriented community situated on both the gulf and backwaters of the bays and river! It is a great home base for enjoying amusements, musical entertainment, water sports, deep-sea and inshore fishing, shopping, dining, dolphin cruises, nature hikes and more. Escapes to the Shores! is close to the Gulf State Park which offers beautiful hiking and biking trails. Enjoy outlet shopping at the famous Tanger Outlets.

Parking passes are available at the front desk located on the 3rd floor. Renters will be required to purchase a parking pass at the front desk using a debit/credit card at the rate of $50 per vehicle per stay – regardless of the duration of the stay. The renter must display pass on the front windshield at all times. Failure to display pass may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense.

This is a non-smoking unit and no pets are allowed.
