Great place, we really enjoyed our stay! The unit was quiet and very comfortable and had everything we needed. The building is well maintained with discreet but present security and plenty of parking, even for big vehicles and the location is just right! The owners are instantly responsive, friendly and wonderfully helpful!

We had a great stay here! The kitchen was fully stocked, the balcony furniture was comfortable. That's where I spent most of my time :) The beds were also comfy. My boys always appreciate having their own beds (so many rentals only have a single queen in their 2nd bedroom, so this was a treat.) The view of the beach is amazing! Having access to the amenities in four buildings was great. Pools, fitness centers, beach access and more. My teenage boys loved playing pool in the game room. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. Thank you for the great stay, Penny!

The owner was amazing! Consistent and clear communication from before we booked when we had questions to the time our trip ended. Pennie was great! The condo was clean and we had a nice view of the ocean.

The condo was clean and had what just what we needed. We loved spending time on the deck. The view was breathtaking! My sister and I brought our dad. He had not been to Orange Beach in 70 years. We all enjoyed our stay!

A few streets away is not bad but the real deal is to be Ocean Front, you feel the power of the ocean the entire vacation and when the week is over you have a sense of being recharged. Being up on the 9th floor gives a wide range view of the Ocean and white sandy beach. The Phoenix Properties are very clean and well managed with a great reputation offering amenities beyond what most condos communities have. We are located right in the heart of Orange Beach close to everything you could want restaurants, stores and activities galore!

We updated the kitchen and remodeled the interiors after we purchased to give the condo a fresh modern flair, we will continue to update and make it comfortable for our guests. This condo has a very large second bedroom which allows 1 Queen and 1 Full beds + 1 queen sofa bed in the front room so it's a two bedroom that sleeps 8 comfortably. Waking up to sunrise right outside your bedroom door is my favorite thing.
As owners we take personal pride in the cleanliness of our condo and have a trusted staff working with us to make your stay amazing. Most of all we want you to come back again because you felt at home.
