You’ll find our detached vacation home, MeerERLEBEN, in the Wesermarsch region:
Completed in 2020 and offering approximately 70 square meters of living space, it is located in the new part of the Jade-Sehestedt vacation village, right on the Jadebusen, about 500 meters from the small North Sea resort of Sehestedt.
The “Floating Moor,” an UNESCO-protected natural heritage site unique in the world, is also in the immediate vicinity and easily accessible on foot or by bike.

On the south-facing terrace of the 400-square-meter property—which is fully fenced for the safety of your family and pets—you’re shielded from prying eyes by hedges.
The vacation home offers plenty of space for 4 people—and your pets are welcome, too. It features two bedrooms with solid wood furniture (one double bed and one family bunk bed) and a large kitchen-dining area with extensive, nearly new appliances (large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, glass-ceramic cooktop with oven) and an extendable dining table that seats more than 4 people.

In addition, there is a cozy seating area with a wood-burning stove and a large, swiveling satellite TV.

A child seat and a crib can be reserved for a fee.

The spacious bathroom is a wellness area featuring a large rain shower and an infrared sauna, perfect for warming up after long walks.
During the warmer months, the terrace features lounge chairs and a seating area with a parasol.

Insect screens on the patio doors and bedroom windows keep unwanted visitors out.

For guests with electric cars, an 11-kW wallbox with credit card billing is provided at the house.

You can have breakfast delivered daily; there’s a small local store nearby with all the essentials, as well as a local café. In Varel, 15 km away, you’ll find all the shops you need for daily necessities.

You can purchase locally produced and sustainable food from the Bioland farm Butendiek and the Demeter farm Eekenhof.

A variety of restaurants in Varel Harbor and the artists’ village of Dangast invite you to visit.
In Dangast, you’ll also find a large indoor swimming pool.
The North Sea Lagoon in Burhave and Centerpark Tossens are about 20 km away.

Parties and events are not permitted in this vacation home.

The vacation home area is still under construction, and there may be occasional noise and dust around or inside the property. A “construction site discount” has already been applied.
