The kids and adults loved the pool and the short walk to the beach. The patio was amazing to spot the monkey and listened to the birds. The house was clean and well equipped with appliances for cooking. Would recommend to friends and family and would stay there again. Thanks for being a great host!

Was a great place to spend part of our vacation. Right across from the beach and a pool for quieter time. All walking distance to main things to do in Tamarindo. Host was very helpful

Thank you for the great review. Sunrise is located in the heart of Tamarindo. You have the beach right across the street from the condo and the town amenities within walking distance. The unit is comfortable and fully equipped. Ideal for families and small groups. The property is quiet, has security 24 hours a day, free parking, and a shared pool.

The condo was as advertised. We arrived to a lovely welcome gift of fresh bread, a package of delicious coffee and bottle of wine. Having a new washer and dryer, including laundry soap, was appreciated. The pool was very nice and refreshing in the heat. Our family enjoyed the stay very much. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect location and beautiful condo

Absolutely loved this condo. It was right across the street from the beach, close to all the shops and restaurants. It also had everything we needed to cook dinner and breakfast while we where there. The management company was so responsive and made our stay very enjoyable. We would definitely stay there again!

Thank you for staying at Sunrise 30 and for the great 5-star review! Staying in Tamarindo is great especially if you want to enjoy the beach, shops, and restaurants. Then Sunrise is your place! The condo building is located in the heart of town, right across the street from the beach and within walking distance from everything. no need to rent a car if you will stay in Tamarindo but if you want to explore, you can rent a car and park it for free at the condo. The property is quiet, surrounded by nature with a nice shared family-friendly pool. Security on site. The unit is on the second floor. There elevator and stairs. With 3 bedrooms and plenty of beds, it sleeps up to 10 guests. Fully equipped with a/c, laundry amenities, cable TV, hot water, and internet. Recommended for families and friends.

Great 3 bedroom!

Clean! Close to restaurants and shops. The Condo complex is across the Main Street from the ocean. We had a great time and enjoyed the Condo.

It is a very quiet complex with nice grounds, a great pool that is kid-friendly, and free parking.The unit is comfortable and has great capacity. It comes fully equipped for up to 10 guests.

Great say. The are conditioning was nice to have. Sometimes the AC felt like it was struggling to keep up. Dishwasher was replaced after we stayed for a couple days, but was not essential. Plenty of room. Master bedroom pull out couch needs to be replaced. Broken Springs and pieces of metal sticking out.

Great Location

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this condo. Everything looked exactly like the pictures. The location is perfect. Very short 1 minute walk to a great beach and within walking distance to lots of restaurants and shops. No rental car needed! We booked airport transfers and excursions through them and everything was flawless. Would highly recommend and would definitely come back to Tamarindo!

Thank you for choosing Sunrise 30 during your stay in Tamarindo! Sunrise is a condo complex located right across the street from the beach and within walking distance from the stores, different restaurants, and all the businesses. The unit is comfortable for families and friends. It comes fully equipped with a/c, cable tv, internet, washer and dryer, and a BBQ. You have free parking to park one vehicle at the building, 24 hour-security on site, and a kid-friendly shared swimming pool.

great stay in Tamarindo

Our stay was just what we hoped for. The 3 bedrooms was so nice to spread out, and the beds were comfortable. Plenty of towels, and so nice to have a washer and dryer, thought we didn't notice is behind the door right away. The beach and pool are only a short walk. We always felt safe. Windows do not block out the night of New Years Eve or the weekends, but we expected that. Well stocked! We would return, but probably not during peak season. RPM staff was super helpful and very fast! Thank you for the best family vacation!

Great location, nice pool, simple living spaces

This spot was perfect for our family's needs. Shops, restaurants and beach are all just a few minutes walk. The pool was great and the living spaces were simple and just fine, not luxurious. It was easy to communicate with staff with questions or maintenance needs. Would recommend.

Great Stay!

My family stayed here for 6 nights. We really loved this property! Plenty of space. A/C worked great. Great location (Just across the street from the beach). Great pool. Walking distance to everything in Tamarindo. We will definitely be staying here again if we make it back to Tamarindo.

Tamarindo stay

Great place in Tamarindo right across from the beach. Easy walk to anywhere in town. The care package was such an appreciated gift. The kids especially enjoyed the homemade jam and fresh bread. Overall we had a great time exploring the whole area. Kitchen had everything we needed

Great Location. There are no views from the Condo. Kids in pool a bit obnoxious. Very comfortable and well equipped. Plumbing repair was fast.

This place blew me away. We booked for 2 weeks because I had kids attending Explornatura Spanish Camp. There is simply not a better place to stay.It was located steps from the beach and walkable to anything you would want to walk to. There is a cafe in front of the property and a grocery store right around the corner. The pool was great for adults and kids alike. We saw iguanas, monkeys, & a resident cat on the grounds.The unit was bigger and more beautiful than the listing pictures and had a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the unit. We had 2 kids in there and 4 adults. Both couches pull out in the living room so you could easily fit at least 2 more adults or more. There was so much cookware that you could prepare a feast for 25 easily. (Even had a crockpot!) We did not do a lot of cooking bc the dining scene in Tamarindo is second to none. Lastly, we had two minor issues arise during our stay and I emailed the property mgr in the night and both times I had a response by/before 9am and a repairman at my door before 10am. I highly recommend the property mgmt. All around great. We did not book any tours through them just bc Will at the Waffle Monkey got to us first and had great prices.We joked the whole time we stayed there that we were living so large bc the condo was so swanky. The security guards were not necessary but it was nice that there was a gate preventing just anyone from driving in. Book this place and live your best life like we did in beautiful Tamarindo!

This gated community is located in the heart of Tamarindo, right across the street from the beach, a few steps from the shops and restaurants. It is a quiet and secure complex with nice grounds, free parking, and a family-friendly common pool. The unit is on the second floor. There is an elevator in the building. It is a comfortable condo with great spaces, a full kitchen, cable tv, internet, washer and dryer. With 3 bedrooms, it sleeps up to 10 guests. Perfect for families and friends.

Great Condo

The condo is perfect for a family vacation. It has everything. The place is beautiful and centrally located. Gorgeous pool. Just make sure you don't need anything from the administrators because they just won't answer the calls or whatsapp. They are non existents. Chairs in the terrace need to be replaced, outdated. I would come back but knowing that you are on your own

Hello Alberto, Thank you for staying with us, I'm sorry that you feel that you haven't had the attention from our side, but looking into our three communication channels (VRBO inbox, Email, and WhatsApp), I only see one request by WhatsApp that was answered 10 minutes later, and one thought VRBO inbox that said only "Family Trip". It is our mission to make beautiful memories for all our guests and treat them with professionalism but in this case, I don't think that your comment about us is justified.

Perfect Location

This is our third time in Tamarindo and second time staying at this complex. The grounds are beautiful. Everyone that works here is very nice. We had maid service 2 times. The unit is stocked with dishes, utensils and many towels including beach towels. The pool is very pretty and always clean. The monkeys can be heard and seen. This place is right across from the beach. Tamarindo is very safe but there is security all over the premises and they will not let anyone through the gate without check in. Everything you need is within a few steps. We will be back again. Booking was simple and questions are answered quickly.

Great Stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This apartment was a wonderful experience, we had 4 adults staying for 1 week. There was so much room we easily could have had more guests stay. The location was walking distance from everything in the town and the beach. The rental property helped us schedule two amazing adventures (zip lining and other activities and a boat ride with snorkling), it was super easy to book. They apartment has a great patio to sit on and enjoy the weather and the kitchen was a great space to stay in a cook during the week. We only had two issues: the first set of keys that they gave us did not work for the apartment, we had to wait 30 minutes for someone to arrive to get us the right keys. Second, there were wet towels left in the washer for a few days so it smelled bad so we didn't use it. Other than those minor (fixable) issues, the place was amazing and we would certainly return.
