Vacation apartment Kleine Emma

The apartment is located on our farmstead in a quiet, rural (we would almost say idyllic) setting, surrounded by meadows, pastures, and mature trees.
In the adjacent pastures, which make up our nearly 11,000-square-meter property, you can watch cows, horses, and sheep—as well as wildlife such as deer, foxes, rabbits, and much more throughout the summer and enjoy the sight of them. You can buy your breakfast eggs fresh right from us!

“Little Emma” has 1 bedroom with a double bed measuring 160 x 200 cm (with a TV, of course).

The living room also features a sofa bed.
The kitchen, with its cozy atmosphere, is perfect for enjoying long game nights with your loved ones.
The apartment includes a west-facing terrace with patio furniture and a grill, as well as a private parking space right outside the door.

Bed linens and towels (no large bath towels) are included.

Come relax with us and unwind from the stress of everyday life while enjoying nature. By bike, you can ride along the dike through nature—far away from traffic—from Varel Harbor to Dangast Beach and explore our beautiful Friesland.

The North Sea resort of Dangast and the beach are just a few minutes’ bike ride from us.

“Kleine Emma” Vacation Rental:

Our “Kleine Emma” is a charming, detached cottage on our farm. It features a bedroom on the upper floor with a comfortable double bed (160 x 200 cm, complete with a TV, of course).

The cozy living room also features a pull-out sofa that can accommodate an additional guest if needed. The sleeping area here measures approximately 140 x 200 cm.

In the summer, you can enjoy a fantastic view of the adjacent horse paddock from the kitchen. From there, you also have direct access to the west-facing terrace, which is equipped with patio furniture and a grill.

Of course, the apartment comes with a parking space.

The property was completely modernized in 2017 and furnished with great attention to detail.

Wi-Fi, towels, and bed linens are included in the price.

This is a non-smoking apartment.

Pets are allowed, but we ask that dogs be kept on a leash at all times, as our chickens roam freely in the yard and sometimes like to explore the patios.



Check-in is from 4:00 PM to midnight, and check-out is from 3:00 to 11:00.
