Our Beach Spot is a cozy yet spacious 2 bedroom/2.5 bath beach retreat. It is a lovely unit with a cottage feel that will accommodate up to six people comfortably. Located on 'Florida's best kept secret' Navarre Beach, its many features include fenced patio, heated pool, assigned parking, tile.

WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY DURING PEAK SEASON, (MAY 28 - AUGUST 20, 2022) SATURDAY TO SATURDAY CHECK IN ONLY.

The living room sofa and love seat with two additional club chairs can seat a large group comfortably. The dining area/kitchen is combined with the living space so you can join your guest or family while watching T.V. and preparing a meal. The convenience of a half bath and laundry closet located on the main level improves function and flow. And speaking of laundry, no need to drag along an iron or board, it's all there.



All bedrooms are upstairs for additional privacy. The master bedroom is large enough to provide a wee difficult sleeper a place to 'bunk-in' with mom and dad in their queen size bed or pitch a crib/tent to watch movies or play games with the entire family. The master bedroom is tastefully decorated with matching full size dresser, bedside tables, and a walk-in closet large enough to accommodate clothes for a week get away or a three month 'snowbird' escape.



The guest bedroom is as comfortable as the master. Older children and family members enjoy the choice of two double beds over traditional twin beds. Both bedrooms have their own separate baths, one with shower and one with shower/tub. The guest room has it's own T.V. armoire/dresser for storage and closet for hanging clothes.



By far one of the best features is the enclosed patio. Wet swim suits (hooks provided), sandy flip flops, beach bags and chairs, can all be left safely inside the gated patio while you lunch, nap, or take a beach break. Showers for beach de-sanding are located on the 'dunes cross-over walk', an additional front porch shower awaits you if a pool detour attracts you. The beach is accessible from the front of the unit as well as thru the patio gate. Alfresco dinning; romantic evenings or family barbecues, lunch or dinner, makes it feel much more like a holiday.



Restaurants, public beach, fishing bridge, and beach rentals are all within walking distance. Publix grocery and other shopping areas are close on the mainland. Destin (Silver Sands) shopping mall is 20-30 minutes away. P'cola dinning, night life, and of course those unbelievable 'Blue Angles' are 20-30 minutes in the other direction.

Navarre Spring Break Trip

Great getaway at a very nice place

This is a great place to relax and unwind. The beach is a short walk to the ocean side and they are beautiful. The bay side is much calmer and close by as well and ideal for families with small kids. We saw multiple people catching fish surf casting and watched porpoise swimming on the mainland side. You could spend the entire week not leaving Navarre but we did some sight seeing at Pensacola and Dustin beaches, both are very close by.The shells are from our beach and we found them in our morning walks.The property is very clean and modern and we were very comfortable when we were done for the day.

Everything was fantastic!!! Check in was a Gulf Breeze! Ha!Very clean Townhome! Our only complaint was that the A/C should be placed below 80 degrees prior to guests expected arrival, and an umbrella is needed for the back patio table with such extreme heat. New front door rug would be nice as the current one is a trip hazard for old people like Lisa. lol On the not so funny note… My Son’s family met us out there & stayed a night with us & my 3 year old grand daughter dropped one of the small clear glass ashtray looking items and broke it. Good no sour.

Overall a decent rental that could use "more" to be a great rental. Pros: Owner was very responsive.Beds really comfy - all the beds, not just the king in the primary bedroom. Mostly clean - no bugs. That's a big deal in FL. Updated decor from pics, a nice surprise. Cons: A lot of no's here... No umbrella/shade for the back patio.No beach towels, blankets or chairs. Many of us do not drive to the condo from home and do not have the opportunity to bring these items. Owner told me we could rent chairs on the beach - that was 56 for one day for 3 chairs and an umbrella! We only got one nice beach day, but if there had been others I would have really resented the extra expense. No boogie boards, sand toys or any beach equipment.No cooler. Nothing beachy. No welcome kit or even starter coffee. No games or books for rainy days (which we would have appreciated). Very few supplies, which other reviews have mentioned. Closer to the road than the map indicates. Much more road noise than beach/wave noise at night. Throw rugs unclean and had stains. The floors also seemed like they hadn't been mopped in a while - our feet were black after walking on them. I've been to many beach rentals over the years, and they always had at least beach towels and a few sand toys. The best ones had a lot more. I'm guessing this condo is renting for the same price as others that are much better stocked... which is a bummer. Didn't feel like "luxury" to us, felt pretty basic.

Great Family Vacation

We had a great time! The condo was very clean and I have no complaints. The one time I needed to call Donna, she answered right away and was very responsive to emails prior to our stay. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone wanting a good beach trip. We had another family staying in the condo next to us and they were either very quiet or the noise didn’t carry which was one concern I had seen with other condo’s in the area. Thanks and we will definitely consider this trip again in the future!

Navarre vacation

A great condo! 3 bathrooms came in handy! It was very clean, very close to the beach. Donna, owner, was very helpful. It’s a 2-story, so there are stairs to the upstairs bedroom. We did fine. Some folks may have trouble with the stai. A wonderful time! We would reserve again in a heartbeat!!

Right at home

Our family felt right at home in this condo. It was clean and organized. The bedroom with double beds worked great for our family of 5. We liked that it was a smaller complex rather than a highrise one. The walk to the beach was short without crossing the road. We had a great few days!

Excellent updated condo

We were one of the first to stay at Donna's condo after a light remodel. The condo had updated furniture, fresh paint and new countertops throughout. It was better than the pictures showed on the listing! We have 3 girls so it was great to have plenty of bed space in the 2nd bedroom. Donna communicated very well before and during our stay. She even tried to find us other accommodations when we added 2 nights to the front end of our trip because we left our city early to get ahead of an approaching snow storm.

Brothers Fishing Trip

We checked in easily and everything was exactly as pictures had shown. Plenty of room, plenty of dishes, Overall Great Stay!!! Hope to Stay here again !!!! Close to the Pier, Plenty of Great places to eat close by, Booking trip and getting in touch with owner was easy. Highly Recommend this place and Donna was a Pleasure to work with !!!

September vacation

This place is awesome. Our first trip to Navarre. Won't be the last. Our condo was perfect, well maintained, clean and a great location. Donna was extremely nice. Helped with any questions we had. The weather was as close to perfect as possible. Wonderful, relaxing vacation. The only reason for giving 5 stars is because I can't give them more.

Amazing trip

We could not have asked for a better place to stay! Everything was just as the listing described. The convenience of being able to park right outside of the unit was great. It was no more than a five minute walk from our unit to where we were set up on the beach. We had multiple small kids with us so it was very convenient to be able to walk back and forth. The beds were very comfortable! The beach was not overly crowded at all. Overall, we loved our stay. We will definitely consider staying in this unit again!!

Was just ok

Everything was good except there were not very many towels or dish towels. All of the hand soap dispensers were watered down and very little soap to wash your hands with. For Covid being so big and unable to check in early due to extra Covid cleaning precautions I would have expected at least hand soap to properly wash our hands. The property itself was very nice and would stay at Sugar Beach, probably a different townhouse, again.

Wonderful!!

We had an amazing time! The property was perfect for us with a very short walk to the beach. The pool was great as well. This is our new favorite place. We will definitely be back.

Great

We enjoyed our short getaway. Unit was very clean and decorated nicely, with a comfortable bed and linens. It is a short walk to the beach and we enjoyed this part of the beach as it was less crowded on a busy weekend. We would not hesitate to stay here again. Communication with the owner was great!

I fell in love with Navarre because of the white sugar sand of it's beaches. I've visited beaches from Bali to Rio, and none can compare. People are friendly and accommodating. The mood is relaxed and calming. And it is only a short six hour drive from the hustle of Atlanta.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

I've stayed in love with Navarre because of its convenience. Mornings you can walk to Sailors Grille/ Bakery for a coffee and homemade 'sticky bun'.
Next, shuffle over to the public beach for bicycle, kayak, surfboard, or lounge chair rental and superb people watching. Need more action, view the daily struggle to "land a big one" from the pier.
On your way back to your private beach spot grab a snow cone or shop for flip flops. Later in the evening you can walk to dinner under the stars. This island is the ultimate place to unwind!
If you have children to entertain, visit the zoo in Gulf Breeze. Most 'tweens' enjoy the public beach or night volleyball at Jauana's. Outlet shopping at Destin's Silver Sands Mall is a legendary past time.
For a day off the island, P'cola has a rich military history with museums and a variety of restaurants to enjoy! The Blue Angles call it home. Come on down and see for yourself! There is something for everyone. And as always....the beach!
