This charming holiday apartment is located in the lower unit of a two-family house. The upper apartment is permanently locked and unoccupied, guaranteeing you complete privacy.
The pool and garden are for the exclusive use of the guests. A cozy summer kitchen with a sink, refrigerator, and barbecue is located right by the pool, perfect for relaxed barbecue evenings.
The apartment features a bright living/dining room with a large ceiling fan, a fully equipped kitchen, two air-conditioned bedrooms, and a bathroom.
The beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden extends over several terraces connected by stairs. Therefore, the property is only partially suitable for small children.
Free Wi-Fi is available for guests. A private parking space is located directly on the property.
