NEW PHOTOS COMING END OF NOVEMBER AFTER A COMPLETE RENOVATION OF THE KITCHEN AND CONSERVATORY.

This charming villa, named, 'Villa Caspio', is set in the idyllic and sought after location of El Portet Bay and Beach. Its tranquil and peaceful setting with stunning sea and mountain views makes for the perfect holiday location.

The first impression is the stunning sea views, you can even smell the sea from this delightful villa.
Walking past the teardrop shaped large private pool you enter the villa via the conservatory doors into the light, bright, airy dining room with an open plan lounge and kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern equipment and utilities.

There are three good sized bedrooms. Two guest bedrooms with two single beds in each, both sharing a guest bathroom which has underfloor heating. Then you have the master bedroom with a large En-suite bathroom also with underfloor heating.

The lovely Villa Caspio is surrounded by good sized terraces around the large private pool, with Mediterranean gardens, and a gazebo shaded with grape vines as you sit at the outdoor dining table set for 6 people to enjoy eating al fresco, and relaxing with a chilled drink. You also have a gas BBQ set beside the dining table. Relax, eat, drink and enjoy.

There is free Wifi internet. A smart TV. Hot and Cold air conditioning in all three bedrooms and the lounge, which keeps you cool in the summer and warm in the winter, making this lovely villa ideal for your Spring, Summer or Winter holiday. Disabled access friendly too as everything is on one level, no steps.

We were met on arrival by Paula, who was extremely helpful. We appreciated the Welcome Pack provided. Our first time exploring the Moraira and surrounding area. Car highly recommended. The Villa itself is well appointed and the outside pool area was fabulous. Lots of lovely restaurants to try! Thank you Paula for all your help. Can’t recommend this villa highly enough! villa in a great location with a lovely scenic walk to Moraira itself.Our host Paula was very helpful and available to answer any questions.The villa was very well equipped and we enjoyed our 3 week stay here with our collie Bertie.Would definately stay here again. El Portet beach was 10 mins walk away and we spent many times enjoying a coffee, lunch or an early evening drink at the small chiringuito.

Our welcome and check in with Paula was excellent. The villa as described and the views were stunning. There was nothing we needed it was all there and Paula was on hand if we had needed anything . We have visited the area in the past so knew what to expect and it certainly didn’t disappoint. El Portet is only a few minutes away and Moraira centre about 15/20 minutes walk. However some of it is steep towards the villa but you wouldn’t get the views if it wasn’t elevated. We managed it well and walked into town for fresh bread every morning and back again for evening meals. El Portet beach is stunning. Thanks Paula you made everything so easy 👍

We had a fabulous two-week stay at this villa and would definitely return in the future.The villa itself is lovely, very clean, and has absolutely stunning views over the sea and the surrounding hills. It's in a great location, although it's worth noting that it's set on a fairly large hill. We enjoyed walking into Moraira, which took around 20 minutes, but the walk back up is very steep! Our advice would be to get a taxi back to the villa – it only cost around 7, and the Taxi 1 app made it really easy to book.One of our favourite features was the fantastic BBQ area, surrounded by lemon trees, grapevines and a fig tree. It was a wonderful place to spend the evenings.Excellent communication with the host throughout. The only minor downside was that there wasn't a mid-stay clean during our two-week stay, which we would normally expect, and a fresh set of towels halfway through would have been appreciated. Neither of these points detracted significantly from our holiday, though (we just used the washing machine).Overall, we had a wonderfully relaxing holiday and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We'd happily recommend the villa to others and look forward to returning ourselves (especially for THAT view, it was out of this world!).

Lovely villa in great location

We’ve known Moraira for many years having previously owned a family villa. It was great to be back in such a lovely location, walking distance to the beautiful beach of El Portet and the town. The villa was exactly as shown in the photos, well equipped, clean & tidy. The views are amazing as shown on the listing. We would be happy to return in the future.

A great rental property with amazing ocean views. Pool was a good size, although deep for the majority (not so great for small children) but ok for a teenager. The location was good, being walkable to the beach and the town centre of Moraira. A car is needed if you wanted to go further afield and makes it easier for accessing the supermarkets for supplies, being a self-catering villa. The outside seating areas were well located around the property, with sun beds and parasols included, with the pool area getting the sun for the majority of the day.

Paula the host was amazing, super helpful and communicative. We arrived late at night and she was at the home to meet us. She left us a welcome pack with wine, bread, cheese, ham, butter and this was so unexpected. The home is even better than the photos. The view is breathtaking and everything is close. We had a car, but walked to the town and el portet as the scenery is so beautiful, you don’t want to miss it. The house is well equipped with everything you need. The BBQ area is also perfect for entertaining. We will Definatkey be booking this home again. Thanks for everything Paula.

Casa Caspio June

We chose this villa as some of our party were non drivers so needed to be able to walk into Moraira esp in the evening. It took about 20 mins or so. Great views over bay. Comfortable villa and Paula the property manager was very helpful, very prompt. Only areas of improvement would be a new dishwasher ( or fix the one there) as it simply couldnt clean, so we did everything by hand ( great clothes washer though). It would also be a good idea to spend a small amount on getting some matching wine glasses ie at least 6 the same! and some decent breakfast bowls. The current one were hardly big enough to get a single Weetabix in! I would recommend this villa, good location and quiet. Just needs a couple of small improvements.

Thank you for your positive review and your constructive points mentioned. The dishwasher had a blocked pipe, which has now been resolved. The owner will be buying some weetabix sized bowls, and matching glasses. It was a pleasure to have met you all. I do look forward to seeing you all again on your next holiday to Moraira.

Die Bäder sind ziemlich neu. Die Betten bzw. Matratzen sind sehr weich und durchgelegen. Die Einbauschränke in den Schlafzimmern hätten auch eine Renovierung nötig

Da die Eigentümer Dänen sind und die handgefertigten Luxusmatratzen der Marke „Hastens“ gekauft haben, bevorzugen sie offensichtlich ein weicheres Bett. Der Charme dieser schönen Villa liegt in ihrem atemberaubenden Meerblick, der Lage in „El Portet“ und darin, dass es den Eigentümern gelungen ist, modernen Wohnkomfort zu vereinen und gleichzeitig den ursprünglichen spanischen Charme zu bewahren. Ein Teil dieses Charmes ist das traditionelle valencianische Design.
