Welcome to Haus Freistabl – a charming traditional Tyrolean farmhouse located at 1,560 meters in the quiet and unspoiled upper Ötztal. Here, you can enjoy complete tranquility, fresh mountain air, and breathtaking views of the surrounding Alpine peaks. Perfect for families or friends looking for nature, relaxation, and an authentic alpine experience.

This lovingly preserved farmhouse is around 100 years old and combines traditional character with modern comfort. With a generous 225 m² of living space, it offers plenty of room for up to 6 guests to relax and unwind. After an active day in the mountains, the private sauna invites you to recharge, while the terrace and garden provide the perfect setting to take in the stunning mountain scenery.

In summer, hiking trails, alpine tours, and biking adventures start right at your doorstep. In winter, the ski areas of Sölden, Obergurgl, and Vent are just a short drive away, and the ski bus stop is only a few minutes’ walk from the house.
