Mühlradblick Loft Vacation Rental: plenty of space, historic charm, and a sweeping view of the countryside
Spend time together and find space to relax: The 170 m² Mühlradblick Loft, located in the attic of our historic mill building in Fritzlar-Geismar, accommodates up to eight people. Four bedrooms, a spacious living and dining area, and a private balcony make the apartment an inviting place to stay with family or friends.
Exposed historic beams, unique window shapes, and warm wood tones define the apartment’s character. Here, the charm of the old mill blends with cozy furnishings and many practical amenities.
Living, gathering, and enjoying the view
The spacious living and dining area forms the heart of the loft. A large sofa area and a cozy armchair invite you to relax. The spacious dining table offers plenty of room for shared meals, conversations, and game nights.
Wi-Fi is available. There is a TV in both the living room and each of the four bedrooms.
On your private balcony, you can enjoy a sweeping view of the greenery while sipping your first cup of coffee in the morning or unwinding at the end of the day.
Well-equipped for shared meals
The spacious kitchen with additional counter space offers plenty of room for cooking. Amenities include an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, air fryer, four-slice toaster, egg cooker, electric kettle, and a coffee maker.
Coffee and coffee filters, loose-leaf tea, and a teapot with a warmer are provided. Salt, pepper, oil, and sugar are also included as part of the basic supplies.
Four bedrooms with individual layouts
The sleeping arrangements are distributed across four rooms:

• Bedroom 1: Double bed measuring 1.80 × 2.00 m.

• Bedroom 2: Bed measuring 1.40 × 2.00 m; an additional single bed measuring 0.90 × 2.00 m is available if needed.

• Bedroom 3: Bed measuring 1.40 × 2.00 m.

• Bedroom 4: Single bed measuring 0.90 × 2.00 m; a second single bed is available upon request.

Please note the floor plan: The fourth bedroom is accessible only through one of the other bedrooms and does not have its own entrance from the hallway.
We will provide additional single beds upon prior request. The maximum occupancy is eight people in total. Please let us know before booking which bed configuration you require.
Bathroom and practical amenities
Guests of the apartment have access to a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, separate shower, double sinks, and a toilet.
Bed linens and towels are included. A hair dryer, toilet paper, and selected toiletries such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and cotton pads are also provided. We’ve even thought of paper towels.
If needed, a washing machine and dryer are also available for your use. Please contact us regarding their use.
Little extras for your stay
A rotating selection of beverages and sweets is offered on a donation basis, subject to availability.
The MeineCardPlus is included for our guests. For excursions in the surrounding area, bicycles can also be rented free of charge, subject to availability.
Also for business stays and larger groups
Technicians, project teams, and colleagues traveling together are also warmly welcome at the Loft. We’ll coordinate the appropriate occupancy with you based on your desired bed configuration and the room layout described.
For larger groups—whether families, groups of friends, or business travelers—additional vacation apartments in the building can be booked upon request and subject to availability. This allows you to stay under one roof while still having your own private spaces in separate apartments. Please feel free to contact us to discuss a suitable combination.
Good to Know
The Loft is located in the attic and is accessible only by stairs. There is no elevator; therefore, the apartment is not wheelchair accessible.
Dogs are not permitted in the Loft.
