This 45 m² ground-floor apartment is located in a charming historic building in Bremerhaven and offers plenty of peace and privacy thanks to its separate entrance at the back of the house. A small, fenced-in outdoor area with a terrace is the perfect place to start the day in a relaxed way or wind down the evening in the fresh air. The apartment has a practical layout, is comfortably furnished, and is ideal for couples, small families, or business travelers.

When you enter the apartment, you’ll be greeted by a spacious entryway with room to settle in and convenient storage space. From here, you can access all the rooms in the apartment.

The living and dining room forms the heart of the apartment. A cozy sofa that folds out into a bed for two people when needed provides flexible sleeping arrangements. A TV for relaxing evenings and a dining table that seats up to five people make the room versatile.

The kitchen is compact and fully equipped. A stovetop, a small oven, a sink, and a separate dishwasher allow you to easily prepare simple meals during your stay.

Right next door is the newly renovated bathroom with a walk-in shower. There’s also a washing machine available, which is especially convenient for longer stays.

The separate bedroom ensures restful nights. Here you’ll find a 1.60-meter-wide double bed and a closet for your luggage. The closet also contains a heated clothes dryer.
