Beautiful secluded lake front property on Lake Erie with private beach access. Located on Crescent Beach, one of the nicest private white sand beach's on Lake Erie. The house sits just back from the water affording stunning views. Our well appointed cottage is perfect for families, with a large living room with fireplace and a cozy den for movie night. Large outdoor space with wraparound deck providing beautiful views. Attached large outdoor eating area with wrap around seating. BBQ, Grill and outdoor shower. Well appointed kitchen, sub zero fridge, gas range and built in ice maker. Fully outfitted with everything you need to create memorable meals.. Dining room w seating for 8-10 and eating bar at the kitchen counter. Master Bedroom on the main floor with private Bathroom/Shower, large screen T.V. All other bedrooms are on the second floor. There is bunk bedroom with 2 sets of bunks for the kids. Beautiful Queen bedroom overlooking the lake. 2 rooms with 2 double beds and another queen in the in-law apartment. BBQ and outdoor grill. Firepit on the beach. The covered porch wraps all the way around the house with Adirondack chairs for cozy evening chats. In ceiling speakers that can be controlled by zones for your entertainment. This is a well appointed home, well kept and updated. We supply all bedding, towels, supplies, dish soap, laundry soap etc. Oh and yes the beds are comfortable all have recently been replaced with new ENDY's.

A PERFECT VACATION HOME

This beach home is even more beautiful, clean and well-appointed than the pictures show. It had plenty of everything we could possibly need, even an indoor sauna, and was situated in a most beautiful and private setting. We had a great vacation.

Wonderful place on the lake!

We had a great time at this wonderful spacious home! Very clean and accommodating with bedrooms and bathrooms to spare! The wrap around porch was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again.

Three generations back in our happy place

We love our annual stay in this beautiful and comfortable lake house. The porch and the Adirondack chairs remain our favorite spot for breakfast, drinks and watching the kids' wiffle ball games but the home has several great rooms for gathering as well as space for getting some quiet time. This home is consistently well-maintained and the owner is very responsive to any questions. Can't wait until next year!

Our fifth year at this beach house

This place has become our family's beach house for a week each year and we find something for everyone here. The beach, the porch and the lawn are all expansive and handy for the two young kids with us. We had a steamy week this year but the first level stays cool with the breeze and the fans handled the second floor for us. A handy addition this year was the wifi -- while we disconnect as much as possible, this new feature was much appreciated! Looking forward to booking again next year!

Amazing Home

This home is amazing. The photos are beautiful but to see it in person is gorgeous. Plenty of room for our family of 10, 6 adults and 4 Teenagers. Everything you can think of is available in the kitchen and town is close enough to grab anything you may have forgotten. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly. The beach is a two Minute walk and the sunsets are breathtaking. Words cannot express how amazing this location is, You have to see it to fully appreciate it. I recommend this to anyone looking for a vacation home to bring your family together.

Family Beach Vacation

Our group of 12 (ages 3 to 73) had a great week at this property. The location is wonderful - a 2min walk to a private, clean sandy beach. The water very shallow and safe for young kids. The house is large enough for a crowd with rooms to socialize inside and out. The laundry is brand new, the Kitchen well stocked - incl coffee grounds and salt/pepper/spices. There are beach towels, chairs and umbrella provided. Extra apartment area is great for grandparents or a family with baby needing space. Really appreciated free passes to Safari Niagara included - a fabulous family zoo for a day trip!

Our third annual gathering at this lovely home

This was our third annual week staying in this home and as with the previous visits, our vacation ended with talk of planning to do it again next year! We had several days of sunny, hot weather with the little ones splashing around in the lake and a couple rainy or cool days where we were comfortably lounging around the house and porch areas. The porch is magnificent and hosted us all for grilling, cocktails, reading the paper and allowing the toddlers to run around while staying out of the rain. The house is comfortable with a kitchen well-supplied for cooking family dinners, large sofas for lounging and numerous bedrooms to accommodate a good sized family. Similar to prior years, we left the property only for occasional trips to the grocery store, some time at the library for wifi and some nearby playgrounds for the little kids. Another successful family vacation!

Very nice house for a large family gathering, great location

The property was nice. We had 11 family members from three households. Six adults, one 17 year old and then down to 7.The falls were about 30 minutes away (went twice) and some of the adulty did a wine tour and explored Niagara-on-the-Lake of course us poor grandparents ended up with the kids while the parents did this! There are plenty of resturants close. We really liked the Green Acres resturant for a sit down dinner with lots of options.The showers got hot then cold but would get hot again. Only complaint.Lots of bugs! Made being outside a little uncomfortable, but nothing the owner can do! It was the weather being unseasonably warm.Two laundries were a blessing with three families. We were able to travel with less clothes.I think the thing the family liked most were the numberous sitting areas. The kids could play video games upstairs. People could go too sitting areas to read. While others gathered at the table to play games. Great to be able to spread out when there are 11 people of different ages, but then to come together again for family time.

Something for everyone -- a gorgeous setting

Our family stayed in this comfortable and well-appointed home in August and we enjoyed ourselves so much we were loath to leave. In fact, we rarely left the property except for grocery shopping and church. This home and property had something for everyone; a lovely sandy beach for the sun-seekers with shallow enough water for our toddler to splash around; private deck for those wanting sun without sand; an expansive lawn under tall shady trees perfect for lawn games. Best of all, this home has a gorgeous, deep wraparound porch that was always occupied by one or more of us and was our main gathering space for reading, relaxing, grilling and pre-dinner cocktails. While we were lucky with the sun, the inside of the house was equally lovely with comfortable furniture and enough space to easily accommodate our family of 9 with plenty of room to cook, lounge or relax in front of the tv at night. This home was perfect for our family and we hope to make it an annual event.

Beautiful spot

Excellent "cottage" in an incredible location. Property was beautiful and the house had every amenity you can think of. Couple of small issues but not enough to detract materially from our stay. Would definitely come back!

Very happy to be back after three years

This was the seventh time our family has rented this property in the last ten years and after the COVID shutdown we were so happy to be back in this lovely place! The house and location were just as remembered with a few upgrades to the outside furniture. We had a few steamy days and while the AC struggled to keep up, the owner was super responsive with a repairman and the breeze from the lake and multitude of fans took care of the cooling as backup. Our favorite, colorful Adirondack chairs remain on the wraparound porch and were still our favorite gathering place for breakfasts and cocktails, and a lovely retreat during our one rainy day. This home is very comfortable both inside and outside.

Perfect location

We loved our week at this house! So much more room than we needed but great for everyone to spread out and have space. We had four adults and 3 kids under 10, with 6 extra beds!! The location is great, short walk to the beach but still having lake views was👌 The beach was also in great condition. Only improvement could be with the AC… it was one of the hottest weeks of the summer so it’s to be expected but it was hard to get the house to cool down at night. We will hopefully come back to this house next year!

Not Good!!! Waste of money!!!!

The first 2 mornings, at 8:00 am there were guys on the house making noise, no privacy either morning, they were looking in the windows! There was always somebody on the property the entire time we were there. The Sauna was not in working order, there was ants in the master bathroom with ant hotels all over house. They DO NOT have ANY air conditioning in the apartment up stairs, wasn’t mentioned in the listing! The whole upstairs was very warm, poor air flow, my kids were so hot at night we had to go home early! There cleaning crew must not be any good, the fridge smelled like mold, mold was in the door and the basement were the sauna is smells of mold. We have rented a lot of homes and this was by far the only home that was just awful!! The homeowner didn’t even offer any money back for our stay for any inconvenience, especially the sauna not working. And the guys working on there home early in the mornings, why that couldn’t wait till it was unoccupied, I don’t know…… They didn’t even mention it that they would be there!

Nice Family House

This was a wonderfully large house that is great for families. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The upstairs beds were comfortable and the breeze off of the lake was cool in the bedroom with the larger bed. The deck off of the inlaw suite was a nice bonus as were the complementary tickets to the zoo! The neighborhood was quiet the last weekend in May 2022. Only 30 min to Niagara Falls. Would stay again.

Wonderful Lakeside Getaway

My partner, teen, and I chose this property for an extended long weekend getaway. The house is exactly as pictured, very clean, with breathtaking lake views. There was more than enough space for all of us, and our son very much enjoyed having his own space in the little apartment above the garage. The house is on a private road, so traffic is practically non-existent. The property is clean and well-maintained. The house is well-stocked with linens, towels, games, kitchen essentials, and even a lovely sauna in the basement. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a quiet, comfortable lakeside getaway.

Wonderful rental

We had a wonderful time. The house has a great deck, lots of great outdoor sitting space, two spacious indoor sitting areas with couches, lots of bedrooms, great bathrooms and very nice showers (and water pressure,) nice dining area and dining room table, great kitchen area. Nice wood/leather furniture. Main bedroom has empty walk in closet and chest of drawers. The house is not exactly on the beach but still has a nice view of Lake Erie, and it is a 1 minute walk directly to the beach. Can walk along beach/sand in both directions for about 15 minutes. There is also a bike/walk path 2 minutes away that extends much further in each direction. (One direction goes to Fort Erie, the historical fort.) Highly recommended.

Perfect Getaway

Group of 6 couples went away for the weekend. Place was absolutely stunning, great views and amazing beach. Very clean with plenty of sleeping space. Would recommend for anyone looking to get away for the weekend. 10/10

Family Favourite

Our extended family spent a week here and everybody had a wonderful time. The location is simply the best, the cottage is comfortable and has a lot to offer. It is rare to find a cottage so close to home that ticks all the boxes. We are hoping to rent again.

Beautiful property and location.

This is the eleventh year our group of 6 friends have rented for a week. In Canada, US as well as Europe. This house is probably the best and very well provisioned. Loved the two living rooms. Because of Covid. The only thing I would recommend is how the bathrooms are configured throughout the house in the listing.

Family holiday

Great location, nice view and lovely, well-equipped home! Only thing was bed in main floor master was too high for elderly parent w/walker. Even though en-suite bathroom very close, would have been unsafe if she needed to get up in the night by herself so had to do stairs for alternate bedroom.
