Holiday home 'Le gite de la colline' ideal for discovering Gascony from Nérac

Designed for families and groups of friends, Le Gite de la colline is the perfect base to discover Gascony from Nérac and explore its treasures, castles, bastides, charming villages, and the traditional festivals of the southwest.



Set on a fenced property, the gite offers a play area for children, a ping-pong table, a pétanque court, an infinity pool, and a spacious terrace—ideal for relaxing and sharing quality time with family or friends. The terrace features a retractable awning (3.5 x 3 m) for generous shade, while the garden lounge area benefits from natural shade under the trees.



The gite has 3 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub), with 2 toilets in total. All rooms are air-conditioned. The large open-plan living space with kitchen, lounge, and dining area opens directly onto the terrace and pool. A children's bedroom can also serve as an extra room, and a baby bed is available.



The kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities. A summer kitchen with barbecue and plancha, right next to the terrace, completes the setup.
