Perseus Sarakiniko is a brand-new holiday home built right on the Sarakiniko cape, just 20 meters from the sea, offering you uninterrupted panoramic water views from every corner. Located in an exceptionally quiet and peaceful spot, you will enjoy true tranquility away from the crowds. The spacious semi-wraparound terrace embraces the house, letting you soak in the stunning scenery all day.



The house comfortably accommodates 8 guests, and with the sofa beds in the living room, it can host up to 12 in total. Every detail has been carefully considered, with quality furnishings and large double beds ensuring a restful stay for everyone.



Outside, you can enjoy barbecues in the private yard, and there are private parking spaces for your convenience. Cleaning services are available upon request.



Pets are allowed in the outdoor areas, such as the covered ground floor space and the yard, but not inside the house or on the terrace. Parties and social gatherings are permitted, provided you take proper care of the property.
