The hot tub did not work. They told us it would be up and running by end of day but it was not. Attempted to use the tub with jets in our room and black bits spit out of the jets. There is a buzzung sound that I believe is coming from the fridge but not sure. Very annoying. Overall I did not enjoy my stay. The bed did sleep well.

The Cabin was clean, but upon arrival we discovered the hot tub didnā€™t work, there were no pillows or covers for the two pull out sofa we would be utilizing, and neither the bedroom door nor the 1/2 bath door closed all the way. This cabin has great potential itā€™s just a shame itā€™s not keep in better operating order. We were there for my teen daughterā€™s birthday and to say she was disappointed is an understatement. When the management company called to ask how the stay was they offered to send someone out, but since we were out exploring I didnā€™t feel comfortable allowing random people in while all of our belongings were there they said they would submit my complaints. I assumed that would be the last I heard of it, but after I arrived home I received an email stating they would assess the complaints, but could not offer me any compensation (which was insulting since I never asked for any) because I didnā€™t let someone come out. They basically treated me like I was trying to stay for free because I was upset that their cabin was not in proper working order when we arrived for our short 2 night stay. Also I never reached out to them to complain since we were only there for 2 night we were just going to suck it up and deal with it. The only reason I spoke with Eden Crest is because they called me to check how the stay was going, and I let them know. I just feel like people should know what they are actually getting with this cabin.

Clean but no internet or tv reception

Place was clean but no tv reception and intermittent internet in the evening, not good for phones or devices either. Decent reception for both in morning. No tv instructions- direct tv but remote opens Roku not direct tv. Eden Crest responded and offered assistance. Owner needs to leave instructions for tv/ internet use. 3 remotes but need to be turned on in a sequence to get it to work.

We really enjoyed our stay. The check-in and check-out process was so easy. Our only complaint was that the Wifi/internet was not working for us, but that just meant more time to play pool!

We had a great time!

The cabin overall was very nice and clean! The only complaint we had is that the WiFi never really worked. The mattresses for the pull out couches were also kind of gross. We loved the hot tub and pool table. Would stay there again!

Few Quirks

Trim trees for better view. Lights on front porch. Salt and pepper shakers!!! TURN SOME DAMN AIR ON. LOL Other than that, it was awesome! We had a blast. It was peaceful and very nice. Sleeping was difficult due to the air staying on 74 and couldnt turn it down. Overall 5 stars!

Mountain Get Away

My husband brought our 2 boys (both 19) and their girlfriends to this fantastic cabin! We absolutely loved the cabin, the view, the hot tub at the cabin and the kids spent a lot of time down at the outdoor pool. This was the perfect place for us as we spent the majority of our days out hiking the mountains and visiting shops in the surrounding areas. No one wanted to leave this morning! I have already shared with friends & family where we stayed and plan to come back ourselves. Super clean place and the check in & out process was great!

Thw cabin was very nice and clean! Great for a family. The kids enjoyed the games upstairs. Could use a sweeper though to clean up crumbs throughout the week. Overall it was a greay stay and vacation. Would recommend!!

Nice Cabin, terrible Internet and Satellite TV.

Cabin was very clean and well taken care of. All the necessities where provided. Hot Tub was wonderful. Wi-fi internet was definitely sub-par, reminded me of dial-up, and Cell service was spotty. Satellite TV lost signal every few minutes, appeared the dish had been engulfed by Landscaping. Overall a good experience, but if you are counting on streaming or anything internet based, good luck.

A romantic getaway????????

We loved the cabin for our 20th anniversary; however, on the refrigerator there is a ā€œnoteā€ that says, ā€œ connect your face offā€. This applies to the internetā€¦..we had absolutely NO INTERNETā€¦.at all the whole time! No TV, NOTHING! Our neighbors were VERY noisy, late at night and up at the crack of dawn with very young kids! We had planned to cuddle up watch movies eat snacks and relax. Two out of three ainā€™t bad!!!! LOL

Great property for a nice quiet getaway

My husband and I came here for a long anniversary weekend and had a great time. Very peaceful. Bed was very comfortable and very private on the deck. Would definitely recommend.
