Welcome to the dacha - nature. Silence. Just be.

The dacha is situated on a lot measuring approximately 1,000 square meters and offers:
• Wildflower meadows and fruit trees
• A small wooded area with space for 3–4 tents
• Three trampolines
• A soccer goal and balls
• 2 outdoor hammocks and a beach chair
• A campfire pit (please bring your own firewood)
• A small seminar room for workshops or group projects, where painting is also allowed (please bring your own supplies)
• A covered workbench for creative outdoor projects (please bring your own tools)
• A covered dining table for 12 people in the carport

Accommodations at the dacha:
The house can accommodate 2–4 adults in a large 2.80 m-wide family bed.
A small ladder leads to a cozy sleeping nook (1.40-meter mattress) under the roof for 2 children.

Additional mattresses are available in the seminar room for groups. Additional guests can stay overnight in their own tent.
Please note: There is only one bathroom with a shower and toilet for all guests.

Accommodations & Amenities
• We provide bed linens and towels only for the beds at a cost of 20 € per person. (But you’re also welcome to bring your own.)
• Tent guests and kids staying in the sleeping den should please bring their own sleeping bags and sleeping pads (no tent or outdoor gear rentals available).
The dacha is close to nature—despite thorough cleaning, a small animal may occasionally find its way into the house. This isn’t a 5-star hotel (sterile resort), but authentic country life.

Important to consider when deciding how many people you’d like to bring:
The following sleeping arrangements are available (not including tents): 3 x 1.40-cm mattresses, 1x 1.20-cm mattress, 1x 80-cm mattress, and 2 indoor hammocks [total capacity: 11 people]
A small kitchen and a small bathroom with a shower. But you can also cook outside on two hot plates, in a large electric skillet, on the grill—and there are many other options available.

Dogs & Neighborhood
There are chickens living in the immediate neighborhood.
If you bring a dog, it must be kept on a leash at all times without exception—throughout the entire property.
Please be sure to take this into account when planning your stay.

Digital Detox
No Wi-Fi.
No endless scrolling.
Instead: The wind in the trees, the crackling of a fire, a starry sky.

• Overall, we recommend a maximum of 11 people (perhaps a few more with tents) for the grounds—but please feel free to contact us regarding individual requests.

Safety Notice
Some of the structures on the property are homemade (e.g., the climbing cave and swings). Everything was designed with a lot of care, but use of the entire property is at your own risk.
Please move around carefully and supervise children appropriately.
