The Tegernsee Suites, located in the heart of Gmund on the Osterberg, are in an excellent location for exploring the Tegernsee Valley and the surrounding area.
Built in 2020 in a modern Bavarian style, this semi-detached house features a spacious garden with a large lawn, overlooking the surrounding meadows and pastures. The garden and the south-facing terrace offer additional space for relaxation.
Both Tegernsee Suites are spacious, open, and modern. The modern semi-detached homes welcome guests with many beautiful and inviting spaces. Spanning 225 m², the property can comfortably accommodate up to 6 adults and 2 children across four bedrooms. On the first floor, the large living and dining room—featuring a fireplace and an open, bright kitchen with a bar counter—welcomes its residents. The gas fireplace in the living room provides cozy warmth and a comfortable atmosphere in no time at all—and you’re sure to find your favorite spot on the large sofa in no time.
The kitchen is high-quality and fully equipped. From the Nespresso machine to the salad spinner to the Rösle cheese slicer, everything is provided so that you can cook for and take care of a large family or group of friends. At the large dining table, which connects the kitchen and living room, guests can comfortably dine together, play games, or simply chat.
It’s also equipped with many fascinating books to browse through, coffee-table books to inspire daydreams, and a large collection of board games and children’s games.
A blend of luxury, casual elegance, and modernity defines the stylish ambiance of the house. The furniture and accessories have been thoughtfully curated with great attention to detail.
We’ve paid special attention to the guest beds in our suites. We deliberately chose box-spring beds from the Franconian bed manufacturer in Bavaria. Just as in numerous hotels in Hausen, our guests will also find the relaxation they need after an active day on Lake Tegernsee. The box-spring bed, featuring an integrated Bonnell coil spring core, ensures a deep, restful sleep and lets you start the next day full of energy.
Wellness
The heart of the Attic Suite—a private, spacious sleeping and wellness area—is the ideal retreat after an autumnal or snowy day in the mountains, on the lake, or on the ski slopes. From the now “familiar” box-spring bed, you can gaze out at the surrounding mountains and meadows, as well as the freestanding bathtub in the adjacent bathroom. While your loved one relaxes with a book in a soothing herbal bath, you can work up a sweat in the Swiss stone pine sauna.
