You can add the Guest Quarters to your reservation for an additional fee, it has one bedroom with a queen bed and a living room with a fold out queen bed. Rental rates for the Guest Quarters are $100 a night, $45 cleaning fee and lodging tax. There are hardwood floors throughout the unit. The guest quarters is located on the lowest level of the house and has a large deck. It is accessed by an outdoor stairway. Both kitchens are fully equipped and both units have outdoor gas grills. and porch swings. The units can be rented together or separately, each has its own private entrance. This beautiful beach house works great for family gatherings or a romantic getaway.
