Around the Zouavenplein in Koksijde-Bad, between Zeedijk and Koninklijke Baan, you can enjoy a prime location within walking distance of the beach, dunes, shops, and restaurants.

The main attractions in the nearby area include the Zouavenmonument itself (in memory of WWI soldiers), the Hoge Blekker, Doornpanne, the Ten Duinen Abbey Museum, and the NAVIGO Fisheries Museum. It’s ideal for a mix of history, nature, and coastal walks from the lively center.

Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home
