POLICIES AND DISCLOSURES:
1. Maximum Day Time & Night Time Occupancy is 8, excluding children under twelve (12) years of age. Sleeping arrangements for 8.
2. Parking for 3 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited year-round.
3. Due to Extreme Fire Danger – The use of ANY outdoor firepit or fireplace is strictly prohibited at any of our rental properties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our community safe from wildfires.
4. Neighboring lot under construction. Noise and nuisance during daytime hours are possible in the coming months. Guests are advised to contact Tahoe Getaways in advance of making a reservation with questions.
HOST FEE DETAILS:
Damage Waiver Fee – is collected in lieu of a Security Deposit. Protects you against a maximum of $3000 of unintentional damages at the rental unit, provided that damage is disclosed to Tahoe Getaways prior to check-out.
