Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and were able to make great use of all the things provided in the unit. We have not noticed any ants in the unit either before or after your stay but we scheduled pest control to treat the unit anyway just to be safe.

Glad you enjoyed your stay. We do have a broom in the condo, it is kept in the laundry room. Trash bags are also kept in the laundry room. Foil paper is also provided and is kept in the bottom drawer of the kitchen cabinet. We do not provide any food items like salt or pepper.

Hi Mary, thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The cleaning issue is definitely not the norm for us and I apologize for that. I have spoken with our cleaning lady about this issue so it doesn't happen again in the future. Thank you for pointing it out to us.

I’m so sorry you did not have a great experience like we strive to give all our guests. We were not aware any sinks were clogged but if you had let us know during your stay we would have gladly taken care of that right away. I will be sure to take care of that right away, now that I know about this issue. As far as the shower curtain liners, we picked out way above average curtains that do not require liners. About the floors, our cleaner is great and we never have any issues with the cleanliness of the condo. I will go over this with her. You did mention the stairs during your stay and unfortunately that is the one area I have no control over. The stairs are outside the unit and are used by the guests of our unit and 3 other units in the same building. The stairs do get cleaned very well once a week by someone our HOA employs but unfortunately the guests of those other units are not always careful about tracking sand and other stuff in with them between cleanings. As far as the days you did not use, you did mention wanting to cancel one of the days you booked. I explained that you booked a full week, 7 nights, which gave you a weekly discount. I further explained that cancelling the 7th night would mean the discount no longer applies and since the discount equals the price of 1 night then the price would stay the same. After explaining that to you, you choose to keep the 7th night. You did not mention wanting to cancel 2 nights or that would have definitely changed your total price and I would have issued a refund for the difference. I’m very sorry that came off as me being unfriendly, I just wanted to give you all the information. We learn new ways to improve all the time.
