The best condo unit in Beach Club is on the first floor. The pool and lake are a few steps from the door!
The property was completely remodeled and renovated!

Beach Club resort has the best location on North Padre Island: within walking distance (5min) of Whitecap Beach and a short driving distance to boat ramps, restaurants, convenience stores, and tourist attractions. Only 20 minutes to Downtown Corpus Christi, the Texas State Aquarium, and the USS Lexington Museum. Just about 3 miles from the new Schlitterbahn Water Park and golf!
Beach Club resort is a very spacious and well-maintained property with a large heated pool, hot tub, grilling and relaxing areas, boat parking, guesthouse gazebo, 24/7 gym, and sauna.
This two-bedroom condo has a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, private bath, and walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two new twin extra-long beds and a private bath. There are flat-screen TVs in every room and a wireless internet connection. An additional full-size airbed could be placed in the living room.
The living area has a new sofa, offers plenty of seating, and a flat-screen TV with Roku and Netflix.
Fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, laundry supplies provided.
We love this condo and use it frequently, as our kids like to play on the beach. As we cannot use it all the time, we rent it out to someone who likes to live in the sunshine, swim in the sea, and drink in the wild air.
Below is the useful information on local attractions.
The USS LEXINGTON is open year-round, seven days a week, for touring and special events, except for Christmas and Thanksgiving.
The Aquarium is usually open on Thanksgiving. Please search the web page for discounted admission tickets.
Schlitterbahn Golf Club provides a premier barrier 9-hole golf course next to Schlitterbahn Waterpark Corpus Christi.
White Cap Beach is just one block from the Beach Club. Please remember to buy the beach permit, which is $12.00, if you want to park your car on the beach.

The previous tenants may get 15% discount of the regular rate during summer season. Please contact us directly for details.

Great location and great place to stay

We stayed here for the Mcgee beach soccer tournament because we like Whitecap Beach better and the proximity to everything was great! We love this area so much!

Great stay for a family of 4

Loved the cleanliness of unit. Location was awesome. Pool and hot tub well maintained. Checking in and out was super easy. Hosts were great and professional. Would stay again and would recommend to anyone who loves the beach

Great condo to enjoy Padre in comfort.

We absolutely loved this condo. It is very clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need. It is minutes from the beach walking or by car. Your own private parking space right outside the door. Ground floor is also a plus. Pool right across the parking lot is clean and fun for all ages. Also right next to the pond with great crabbing and fishing. My boys caught some nice blue crabs, mullet, and red drum. This is the only way to enjoy Padre Island!!!

Great condo on Padre Island!

This is a great condo. Super convenient location. Close to the beach. We drove but younger people than us could probably walk to it. The unit sits just across from the pool area. And it's just a few miles into Corpus Christi and all of its amenities. Igor and Elena were excellent hosts. They were quick to respond to our questions. They also sent out an information package included a map of the complex and operating instructions for the TV, thermostat, and appliances. I can't say enough good things. Overall we had a great experience and would recommend this property.

I stayed here with my teenage daughter and her friend for two nights. The condo is beautiful, and we loved everything about our stay!The unit is clean, spacious, decorated with beach themes, and well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable (two twin beds in one bedroom for the kids), and both bedrooms had their own bathroom, which is absolutely necessary with two teenage ladies. There is a balcony facing the pool, but we didn’t get a chance to sit outside. We did see that there is a little storage closet on the balcony with lots of outdoor equipment and beach gear! We had bought two boogie boards for the girls on our way to the condo, and it turned out we didn’t need to, since there were several in the unit. If you’re wondering what gear to bring, I recommend checking with the hosts first to see if it’s already available. Speaking of the hosts, Elena and Igor were both very kind, professional, and quick to respond. I contacted them at almost 10pm (sorry!!!) on our second night because we had some issues with the WiFi when we sat down for movie night. I got a call from Igor almost immediately to help me fix it. (It was most likely user error on my part; we had no other issues afterwards.)There are three flat screen TVs in the unit, which is nice for families with different viewing preferences. We watched together in the living room, and the girls loved spreading out on the big sectional sofa. All in all, WONDERFUL! We’ll be back!

Comfort by the Beach

Anyone who has spent any time near any coastline will understand the familiar smell combination of the salt in the air and lingering mildew that forms from humidity. While that smell was in the hallway welcoming you to the condo, it changes abruptly upon entering the inviting space. The couch is expansive and comfortable. The beds, at first glance may not seem like they provide respite, but we were pleasantly surprised! (Bring your own pillows if you are someone who sleeps with more than two--which we do!) The kitchen is equipped with basic supplies, including a French press, dishwasher, and dish soap. The washer and dryer are great. They provide plenty of towels: bathroom towels, beach towels, and kitchen towels. The large balcony overlooks the pool and when leaning out you can see the adjacent pond. The pool is a few short steps away. Whitecap Beach is less than a half a mile walk. (pro-tip, bring bug spray) We spent our beach time over at Malaquite, which is far less crowded. We very much enjoyed our time there! The only minor issues (very minor): we wished there was a broom so we could sweep up the sand; we hoped for a fan in the living area to move the air--we brought family games and the air was stuffy in the room, but we didn't want to open the door because of the mosquitoes. We appreciated how quick the hosts were to reply to our questions. Highly recommend!

Not as advertised

Condo was clean, however very dated and dark not enough lighting. Needs a good paint job and remove the old dark pictures that were placed on every blank wall space they had. It wasn't a comfortable place to be in if the weather was inclement or in the evenings. The microwave started turning itself on and beeping after a minute - then turn its self on again and would not stop. Even if we opened the door it continued to beep. I could not wait for 24 hours for the owner to get some help for this and had to call VRBO to get immediate help the beeping would not stop. We didn't have access to the plug it was locked in the cupboard , unable to access a dedicated fuse either, service man arrived after 2 hrs and got it unplugged so we finished trip without microwave. I warned owner that batteries were dying in keyless lock & it took 24 hours for it to be fixed took 24 hours for cleaning lady replace. I did get locked out as she didn't reset the code While she was there I asked about the dishwasher and I was informed it was broken - so they were aware of this before I arrived. It had dirty scummy, stinky water in the bottom Main Shower vent didn't work causing dripping on walls and mirrors and wet floors. I am sure it must be causing moisture damage and mold. Main TV cable box broken - took almost two weeks for owner to get service man in. Panty supplies advertised consisted of a few dried spices. No cleaning supplies at all - you should get a few to get you started. had to purchase t-towels, dishcloths, oven mitts, and a floor mop to be able to wash floors and an all purpose cleaner to make it clean for myself. No vacuum for carpet, no mop for floors (we were there two months) Dryer leaving black marks on clothing - I have a brand new ruined dress - I didn't tell owner as I know she would do nothing about it They left loads of personal stuff in the drawers. This was Described as "best condo in the complex" is far beyond the truth - I visited others and they were bright, nice wall decorations, It is a shame that the owners don't take care/pride of the unit as it is a perfect location to the pool, parking lot and beach - When I let owner know I was leaving two days early because we had now found cockroaches all I got was "safe trip home and sorry for the inconvenience" If only they gave the place a little TLC they would have a great place of which I would love to rent again as there is much potential.

Dear Tenants: Would it be better for you to leave the property after a few hours or days of the rental agreement if everything was unsatisfying at the condo? We would gladly refunded you! Still, you have chosen to stay for almost two months and posted the review a day after the checkout. Have a nice next winter retreats and please do not consider us next time!

We love Beach Club but this unit was the perfect location in the back by the pond and pool. We also liked that the second bedroom has two twin beds and the living room has two comfy couches. It was very convenient and we’d love to stay there again!

Great beach getaway

Plenty of space for my wife, two kids and I. Walking distance to Whitecap beach and a quick drive to good restaurants and groceries. Property owners were very prompt to respond to issues and scheduled maintenance workers for us. Really enjoyed the stay!

Steps away from Disappointed

Sign at entry to smelly hallway “under construction pardon the mess”; hole cut in ceiling exposing mold. WiFi info provided via vrbo was wrong, poor response from owner 7 hours and 4 requests before receiving correct login. My husband is an engineer needing to login for a meeting for work & even providing owner with the urgency did not expedite a response. Friday night a party at the pool loud & obnoxious behavior until after 1230. Saturday night follow up party until 12. “Steps from the beach” as advertised is extremely misleading; more like 1/4 + mile. Overall disappointed with the cost relative to perceived amenities. Bright side saved us from investing in a unit in the complex we had viewed online. *photos on request of hole in the smelly dirty hallway & less than clean unit.
