Aphrodite's Garden – Central Yet Peaceful Apartment Near Lake Como

The apartment is located in Gera Lario, near Lake Como, in a central yet peaceful area below the main road, with direct access to the pedestrian zone and just steps from the beaches and lake.



The living area includes a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen, plus a spacious panoramic veranda with a table and direct access to the garden. Everything is on the ground floor, and you can park your car directly inside the property in front of the apartment. There are 2 bathrooms: one with a bathtub and one with a shower, the latter en suite. The kitchen features a breakfast bar with stools. Outside, you'll find a table and chairs for outdoor dining, 2 loungers, a sun umbrella, and a charcoal barbecue. The property also has a fan.

The apartment is central yet quiet, below the main road with direct access to the pedestrian zone, just a few meters from beaches, the lake, and walking paths. Opposite the apartment are tennis, basketball, football, and beach volleyball courts, a playground for children, and a pool with sun loungers. At the lake, you can rent bikes, canoes, SUPs, windsurf, and kitesurf equipment, with courses available for an extra fee. All main services are within walking distance, including a pharmacy, grocery stores, bars, and restaurants. A shopping center with a hypermarket, various shops, and a train station are a 10-minute drive away.
