Nestled in the peaceful hills of Tignale on the western shore of Lake Garda, the Residence enjoys a stunning panoramic setting about 600 meters above sea level, surrounded by the natural beauty of the Alto Garda Bresciano Park. It is the perfect destination for guests looking to relax, enjoy nature, and take in breathtaking lake views.

The Residence offers comfortable apartments furnished in a simple and practical style, all equipped with a kitchenette, balcony or terrace. Some apartments also feature beautiful views over Lake Garda.

Guests can enjoy a wide range of facilities, including an outdoor swimming pool, heated indoor pool, wellness area with sauna and gym, restaurant-pizzeria with panoramic terrace, bar, tennis court, and children’s playground. During the summer season, family activities and themed evenings are also organized.

Its location makes it ideal for hiking and cycling excursions, discovering charming villages around the lake, or enjoying boat trips on Lake Garda. The Residence is part of a larger complex that also includes a hotel, giving guests access to additional services and facilities.

The property is easily accessible by car and offers free parking.

All apartments renovated between 2020 and 2024 are equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, microwave, coffee pot and moka pot (no coffee machine), hairdryer, safe, satellite TV with international channels, free Wi-Fi, extractor hood, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, and a balcony or terrace furnished with a table and chairs. All apartments also offer a beautiful lake view.

Please note that the apartments are not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. All children, including infants, count towards the maximum occupancy of the apartment and must therefore be included in the reservation. Extra beds are not available, and infants cannot sleep in the parents’ bed.

Three-room apartments feature one double bedroom, a small bedroom with a bunk bed, a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a private bathroom with shower. Each apartment also includes a balcony or terrace furnished with a table, chairs, umbrella, and deck chairs.

Tignale is a charming village perched on the western shores of Lake Garda, offering breathtaking panoramic views over the lake and surrounding mountains.
