Oceanfront Topsail Beach With Community Pool, Private Beach Access

The duplex sleeps up to seven people with two bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 twin beds) and 2 full baths on the second floor, a small loft with a full size futon, and a queen size sofa bed in the living room. There is also a powder room on the first floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the usual appliances (microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee grinder/maker, and blender). We have high speed wireless internet, cable, LCD TV with DVD player, stereo with CD player, MP3 player, a gas fireplace, and a community pool. There is a full size stackable washer/dryer in the unit and an outside shower with hot water. We will provide lockbox key access.

Serenity Point is a relatively undiscovered paradise. The view is spectacular from the oceanfront deck. Dolphin ride the waves, pelican dive in the surf, and the uncrowded beach extends more than a mile along an unspoiled reserve for endangered plovers and sea turtles. Around the point, you have easy access to the Intracoastal Waterway and the sunrise and sunset can be enjoyed from the decks. The condo is serene and comfortable with rattan furniture, ceramic tile floors and tropical accents.

The living area offers the gorgeous ocean view with an open floor plan that allows your family to cook, eat and relax together.
You can dine inside or outside with tables that seat 6-8 or enjoy chaises and chairs on the deck facing the ocean.

The primary bedroom features the gorgeous ocean view, the sounds of the waves, an ensuite bathroom, memory foam mattress, ceiling fan and large closets.

The twin bedroom has a full bathroom across the hall, memory foam mattress pads, and ceiling fan.

The loft is a small space halfway up the stairs. It has a full-size foam futon. It is the perfect place to read or meditate and fun for the kids.

We book Sunday to Sunday during the summer.
