Villetta Monte e Mare is a historic winery nestled among terraced vineyards on Mount Etna, built in 1790 from local lava stone. The Villetta consists of three separate houses located directly next to one another: Vigneto, Vulcano, and Naxos.

It is situated 700 metres above sea level and offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, Calabria, Taormina, and the 3,403-metre-high Mount Etna.

Its location ensures a light breeze, making even hot summer days pleasant. The one-metre-thick lava-stone walls also provide a comfortable indoor climate during the summer.

More than 20,000 m² of cultivated vineyards with oak, olive, and walnut trees invite you to take peaceful walks in nature.

The houses are ideally located — around 20 km from Taormina and Catania, and only 10 km from the beach, Porto di Riposto harbour, and majestic Mount Etna.

In the nearby village of Presa, 2.5 km away, you will find a pizzeria as well as a small supermarket with a bakery. Further shopping options are available in Puntalazzo, 3 km away, with a butcher’s shop and a café with a pastry shop.

Catania Airport can be reached in around 30 minutes, while Giarre/Riposto railway station is only about 10 minutes away.
