Amazing views of open fields with expansive lawn and 20 flowering grape cherry trees in spring. Ultimate privacy on 4 acres surrounded by a 34 acre preserve and tree farm. Guests love the easy access to village and beaches. Heated swimming pool 20' x 40', terrace with BBQ for outdoor dining under pergola. 4 Bedrooms- all with ensuite bathrooms. Downstairs master king bedroom with new walk-in shower, a second master bedroom with king bed or twin beds upstairs with full bath, a third queen bedroom upstairs with full ensuite bathroom and a fourth very private and spacious queen bedroom with full bath, a sitting room and room to sleep more. Gourmet chef's kitchen with 6 burner stainless steel Viking stove/oven, microwave/convection over, washing machine and dryer. The chef's kitchen has all the pots and utensils a cook could want. There is a work island with sink, sitting area and table for 8. Formal dining room for 10. Large L shaped living room and a wall of windows and doors looking out to the terrace and pool beyond. Family/workout room with tv, mirrored wall, weights, pool table and air hockey table. In addition there is a huge barn/garage with ping pong, and basketball hoop. This is a perfect space for families, friends and creative spirits. The home is a much sort after location for entertaining and relaxation because it is so private and yet very close to the village and the beach. In addition, there is an in-ground trampolinea and perennial gardens with room to plant. The open vista of pool and lawn is totally unique and a perfect oasis for entertaining or just relaxing and enjoying the stars at night.

Southampton Golf Trip

Excellent communication with the owner prior to the trip. Personal visit made by the owner on the day of arrival to help us settle in and was then immediately available if we had any queries. Property we stayed in fitted our needs perfectly.

Family vacation with 4 month old

The house is in a great location with a huge, private property that was fully fenced for our dog to enjoy while we lounged by the pool. Very relaxing, quiet, and spacious.

Great House in great location

House/property was as advertised, a really great accommodation with lots to offer for all ages. Good convenient location in prestigious Southampton. Spacious and comfortable. We had a truly phenomenal time celebrating here with our entire family.

Our family spent two weeks at this beautiful home. The location was perfect, close to everything yet very private. The home was spacious and clean and very well stocked. The check-in process and communication with our host was seamless. Overall excellent home/property. Highly recommend.

Great location and house

Everything about our stay at this beautiful home was perfect. The location is private and serene. The house was beautiful, spacious and clean. The pool was perfect and relaxing. Lastly, the host was very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for peace and quiet, yet within a 5 minute drive to all there is to do in Southampton. Thanks for having us.

Gorgeous property with a lovely hostess

We were four couples in town for a wedding, and each of us had a wonderful. Emilie, our hostess, greeted us promptly and gave us a tour of the property. It's gorgeous, especially the back yard. Perfect for long weekend! Very clean and had every amenity you would need. There was some confusion with the damage deposit, but Emilie quickly rectified the situation. Would definitely recommend!

Amazing Gem in Southampton

Amazing! Emilie was a great host and was always quick to answer any question/concern. Her whole home is beautiful inside and out! We enjoyed the massive lawn and had total privacy the entire weekend. Highly recommend staying any larger group staying with her anytime. We were a group of 10 and never once felt crowded. Thank you Emilie and hope to visit your home again soon!!!!

A great place to stay!

My family and I travelled home to Long Island for a friend’s wedding. We stayed at Emilie’s home in Southampton and had a great stay - everything was perfect! The house has plenty of space and privacy, and everything you could possibly need. The kids had a blast playing on the in-ground trampoline, and swimming in the heated pool. Seeing the deer in the backyard each morning was surreal. The house is located close to beautiful beaches, and plenty of stores and restaurants. We could not have asked for a better place to stay! Thank you again Emilie!

Enjoyed our stay

We very much enjoyed our time at Emilie’s home which was the perfect place for our family. We love the informality of the home, the bright living room, and the private grounds. We also enjoyed the heated pool. Emilie was a pleasure to deal with. We hope to return.

Great for a family long weekend vacation

We were a group of 6 adults and 2 children and enjoyed every minute in Emilie's property. The place is huge and provided enough private areas for when you just need a break from the rest of the family :). The kitchen is amazingly stocked with any tool you need for cooking which we enjoyed a lot Emilie, is extremely friendly and is super responsive. I bombarded her with questions and she always replied within a day.

Great Stay!

Amazing weekend in Southampton

We were a party of 10 staying at Emilie's property and had an incredible time! Plenty of space for all to sleep and hang out. Beautiful property with a secluded feel and a great heated pool. Would definitely recommend staying with large parties.

Pefect Family Getaway

This is an outstanding property--perfect for a family getaway or a small group of friends. Can't say enough about the property itself--it's exquisite. Incredibly private and serene, with families of deer that come to visit in the early mornings and evenings. We have stayed in multiple houses in the Hamptons and this is by far the nicest property we have encountered. The house itself is great as well. Large family room, beautiful kitchen and lots of comfy bedrooms. Great location as well. Emilie was an outstanding host and we can't wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Private retreat, just minutes from town/beaches!

The home owner was extremely accommodating with our early arrival and late check out. The grounds, trees and pool are delightful. The home is sunny and bright with amble amenities for a group of 6-8 people.

STUNNING house and Emilie was fabulous!

My group had a great time staying at Emilie's beautiful house. Everything was perfect - the pool was heated, the house was clean, the lawn was manicured, we had enough propane for the grill, etc. I look forward to visiting again next Summer. Also, Emilie was always very responsive to messages and refunded my security deposit within 24 hours of me leaving the house. Highly recommended :)

Rest and Relaxation

The house was accurate to the listing description and pictures. The house was very comfortable. I loved that all four bedrooms had its own bathroom which made getting dress much easier. There are two tvs and free wifi. Tons of privacy from the neighbors. The best part was the location. The house is literally 5 minutes from the beach and there's free parking. There is also a nearby grocery store and a few restaurants 3 blocks away for your convenience. The owner Emilie is a sweetheart and I had zero issues. My cousin even left her planner and Emilie was so sweet she mailed her planner to her. She was very attentive and answered all of my questions in a timely manner and has also released or security deposit with no issues. I would definitely recommend a friend to stay here because I would book this home again.
