We welcome you to a relaxing vacation at our Top Floor Cabana! For your convenience and comfort, we have many recent upgrades --- A brand new 43” HD television in the master bedroom, a new luxury mattress for the master king bed, all new high end plank flooring through out the condo with beautiful porcelain tile in both baths, all new stainless kitchen appliances, granite countertops, and stone backsplash. The kitchen has everything you will need to make your favorite meal to eat out on the balcony or take a picnic to the beach. This top floor middle unit has 9 1⁄2 ft. ceilings found only on the top floor. This gives the unit a spacious comfortable feel. The oversized balcony offers an absolutely stunning view of the crystal clear blue-green waters of the Gulf, with no palm trees blocking your view.

Our condo has an open concept with kitchen and living area that has plenty of seating. The sofa opens up to a queen size bed. The master bedroom has a king size bed and adjoining full bath. There is an alcove off the main hallway with bunk beds and a half bath. The unit sleeps 6.

Gulf Place is a quaint little seaside village with great restaurants, shopping, coffee shop, bike and beach rentals, artist and t-shirt shops, beach store, ice cream shop, tennis courts, and three wonderful pools all inside Gulf Place. There is another homemade ice cream and candy shop just across the street on 30A. There are activities for all ages within walking distance including festivals and concerts on the Green behind the Cabanas in season, art shows, golf, tennis, a 20 mile walking/biking trail that goes along 30A right in front of the Cabanas, and, of course - The Most Beautiful Beaches in the World ! Itis also minutes away from Seaside and Watercolor to the east and water parks, fun parks with putt putt golf for “kids of all ages”, nightlife, and outlet shopping in Destin to the west. Spend the day relaxing on the beach by enjoying the private beach access directly in front of the condo or swimming in one of the 3 pools on site in Gulf Place. The Cabanas has a relaxing hot tub and the pool is heated in winter. There are also a Publix, Walmart, and two fresh seafood shops nearby for your grocery needs.

The Cabana Condo is a SMOKE FREE BUILDING. So, in order to promote a healthy, family oriented environment for our guests, smoking is not permitted in the condo unit or the balcony. You may smoke, but you will need to step away from the building to do so.
